I am a contractor and I have used Nunez Construction and Painting, for many of my projects such as roofing and kitchen remodeling, when it came to re-roofing my own home, Nunez Construction and Painting, is the only Company that I would use and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend using them and definitely will sub-contract them!

The remodeling work that these folks did for my office was spectacular and honestly they did their best. The lead manager always arrived j=in time with the crew, called me to provide frequent updates on the progress, cleaned up after the job and they maintained their professionalism! With no hesitation, I recommend them!

Efrin from Nunez Contracting is the best. I had a leak for years from a 2nd floor bathroom. I had soooo many plumbers, contractors & tile guys come in and tell me different things. I replaced plumbing fixtures, install a new shower door, replace bathroom walls and floor tiles and it still continued leaking . Nunez Contracting came & found the problem in less than 30 minutes fixed it once and for all . He is the best , very professional, shows up on time, & reasonably price

Nuñez and his skilled team of plumbers, electricians, painters, window installers, kitchen and bathroom remodelers exceeded our expectations on all fronts! They are consummate professionals with years of clear and proven experience that became very clear with the work completed. I hired Nuñez and his team to remodel the 2nd floor after the most disgusting and stinkiest tenants moved out. These tenants had been living in that apartment for years and made fried food multiple times a day every single day. The tenants completely destroyed the bathroom, floors, left white wall paint look yellow, among so much more. Nuñez was professional and a great communicator during the entire process. He completed the work on time and on budget. I would definitely hire Nuñez for any other work I need done.

Nunez Construction and Painting did a great job on my house this week during the general remodeling! Their bid was very reasonable and the lowest we got, they were extremely fast in assessing, prepping and painting & the end result was better than we'd even dreamed!!! The crew were wonderful to work with. Everyone was very professional and respectful of our family and property, taking extra steps to make sure things were put back exactly as they found them. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They got the whole job for a 4,000 sq ft house with extra details done in two days. I also never review people, but this was truly extraordinary from the first phone call to the end result. Hire them.

This is the best painting company. I had the work on an interior painting project that I needed dome before we moved in the new house. Garcia was very good with the paint and the colors. Had a chance to meet Efren the owner of the company and what a professional. One thing I can say is that Garcia did a commendable job!

Getting a reputable and trustworthy contractor is always an uphill task but after consideration, I decided to use Mr. Nunez for my general remodel. One thing with him is that everything he does is done professionally and as per the agreement. He is a man of few words and delivers as expected.
He completely gave my home a new and improved look!

What of waste of my time, First didn't show up when he was supposed to, then said he was outside, and said I would be right down, I went downstairs, and there was a white pickup with lumber, who drove away. I asked if it was him, but he never answered back, HORRIBLE COMPANY! Update: i was downstairs in 3 minutes. i used voice to say be right down and it came out as bed. He waited less that 2 minutes. Horrible company. Do not believe his lies in his reply

Nunez came to our rescue after a horrible experience with a different contractor. The team was extremely professional, punctual, hardworking, and knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and they will be our go-to for any remodel project from now on. I wish we had found them the first time around! It is so hard to find a honest and skilled re-modeler these days and these folks are really one of a kind. I can't recommend Nunez Construction and Painting highly enough.

Nunez painted my little studio apartment in 2019, and I liked their work so much I hired them again last month to paint my new one bedroom. Efren is very responsive and friendly, and the crew was not only fast, they did a great job. They're not cheap but the price was fair and well worth it for the high quality of the results. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Nunez Construction and Painting did a great job on our home's exterior. They handled extensive repair on the siding and other architectural features and went out of their way to do the work in the most cost effective way without sacrificing quality. The crew was friendly and professional. They started and finished on time and didn't leave a mess. The house looks fantastic! We'll definitely call on Nunez Construction and Painting again.

I hired Nunez Construction in 2017 and again this month in November 2021. The first time was work I needed done in my backyard that involved smoothing a section of the rear wall of the house with new cement , leveling pavers, and exterior painting. The second time was in front of the house to fix issues I had with my front porch that required much cement work. They also painted exterior metal awnings and walls. I was very happy with both jobs and the overall experience. I would hire Efren and his team again and I highly recommend them.

Anytime I had any questions, Nunez was always available to provide necessary answers. Nunez has completed four projects for me. He is my go to guy for any job! His crew does an excellent job! They built a ramp for my aging dog in two days! It was a speedy, quality and reasonably priced project. It's wheelchair accessible which is very important for when I sell my home. They cleaned up and left the area spotless after the job.

My husband found Nunez Construction online, and he came to our apartment. We were supposed to paint our bedroom, but he advised us to fix the bathroom instead. We painted the bathroom, which was in pretty bad shape, and our bedroom first. His team did a fantastic job with it, so we painted the whole house. His team is excellent; they did such a precise job. We will work with them next year for the kitchen.

I hired Nunez Construction to remodel a 1 bedroom rental unit. The previous tenant was there for 20+ years and the place was dated and dirty. Efren (the owner) met me at the apartment and we talked through what needed to be done and he also had a few great suggestions. A few days later, I had a contract emailed to me detailing all the work (that was Wednesday night).

By Friday morning, his guys were at the apartment starting to work. The whole job took 2 weeks to complete (exactly how long Efren told me it would take). As you can see from the before and after photos - it looks like a totally different place. Efren was easy to communicate with, always responded promptly and got the job done well and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have work done on their place.
