I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ll say this — the rug just feels better now. It’s a wool rug and used to feel a bit rough. After cleaning, it’s softer when you walk on it. Small thing, but noticeable.

I liked that they didn’t rush anything during the pickup. They checked my Moroccan flatweave, pointed out the areas that needed extra attention, and told me how the factory machine wash would treat the wool fibers. A week later, the rug came back looking refreshed, with the texture smoother and the woven details more visible. It was honestly nicer than I expected.

People Maintenance has the most wonderful customer service, cleaning crew and professional foreman. I hired People Maintenance to do a huge post construction cleaning. I was very nervous to hire a cleaning crew, in fear they will 'harm' my brand new floors, cabinets, moldings and light fixtures. They came in reassuring me nothing will be compromised. They cleaned every bead on my chandeliers to perfection (i never knew they can shine so bright). My floors were beaming, and every inch (including chair and crown moldings)are clean as can be. Not only do i recommend People Maintenance, I will never use another cleaning crew but them. They come fully prepared and will take the time to hear out your concerns and added details..worth every penny!!!

Price was pretty fair for some really grimy, greasy, stained carpet. Will use again. They also called couple of minutes prior to showing up which I also appreciated.
