He convinced me to switch to a larger unit and promised to return the old one for a credit, but he vanished after spending over $18,000 on the new system. To make matters worse, the new unit doesn't work properly either. I'm left with an unused unit in my office, while the new one is also malfunctioning. Be cautious when dealing with Jonder – he appears to be a scammer who takes advantage of unsuspecting customers.
