Frank and team were phenomenal. They cleaned years of filth in a matter of hours. They were on time, professional, sensitive, and overall didn’t miss a beat. I have very specific directions and they followed them precisely. I was anxious about the whole process and it could not have gone better. I got several quotes and timelines and they gave me the absolute best deal, and got the job done fast (as I wanted it). If you are considering a large scale cleanup for any number of reasons, I highly recommend.

We had over 3 generations of stuff in an apartment we inherited from a relative that passed away. Frank and his team were very helpful and reliable in removing all the furniture, carpets and more. He had a well oiled team that worked tirelessly, thoroughly and respectfully. They even found things we had overlooked and saved them for us. I highly recommend Frank and his service.

I hired GreenEx to help clean my mom's home in NYC after a pest infestation problem was handled. I would first like to say that I live in Virginia, and found GreenEx after googling and reading the super positive reviews. I called and spoke with Frank and discussed the situation I was trying to help my mom resolve. Frank took the time to listen and help me figure out a solution to help my mother from a distance. He personally met with my mom at her home and provided an estimate on a deep cleaning and insight on how to better manage the space to try and keep the pests away. On the day of the service, Dave, Manny, and Lorenzo became my mom's personal superheroes. She was so happy and grateful for all their help in getting rid of all the large and damaged furniture as well as the amazing cleaning they did. Considering I was not able to travel to NY to meet the team or even help, I am so very grateful for the work this team did. You guys helped us a great deal and restored the goal of achieving peace of mind- for me and my mom. You know those people in too small old and cluttered apartments? Closets with a decade or more of clothing? Its not a happy home. That old furniture that you got from your neighbor ten years ago doesn't fit your adult life .....

My graduate school apartment was full of stuff that I no longer wanted to carry through my life and the task of dealing with it seemed daunting. I was stressed out how to make a transition. Movers didn't fit the bill because I wanted to toss most of it. Cleaners didn't fit the bill because they wouldn't move everything out.

From the first call on Easter Sunday Frank was the nicest to deal with. I am skeptical dealing with service people because I've been ripped off by too many movers who up the price at the last minute when you as a customer don't have a choice but to pay.

Frank and his team are not like that. They know big jobs and life transitions are stressful and they dont add to that. Frank was 1)Friendly - he treats customers with the best customer service and care and really listens 2) upfront about the pricing. Franks Team was 1)Early for the job but not in a rush 2)Friendly and Professional 3) delicate and immensely detailed - they wouldn't miss a particle of dust! You don't have to worry about them tossing out something you want to save!

This was the best money I ever spent. Instead of back breaking work I got a fresh start. If you are moving, renovating, or just like me sick of your place I would pay Frank and his team to deal with it. New York service for suburban prices and three times more helpful than any mover or haul away service I ever worked with.

I plan on calling Frank and his team for all of my moves in the future. Unmatched clean, thoughtful service, and saves so much time money and labor it will make you surprised how easy a clean out can be.

I have an old three-story apartment building. My dad was a hoarder and the basement was a mess. Along with the usual clutter (papers, boxes of things, wood, small tools, etc.) there was a few large shop tools there (two old drill presses and a band saw). I saw that GreenEx was a highly rated company, so I gave them a call. Frank was a total pro. He came by, evaluated the job and gave me a quote the next day. His price was more than fair for the size and scope of the job, so I hired him. He came two days later and his crew worked like lightning. In the end, they removed EVERYTHING I asked them to, leaving the place clear of clutter. They even swept the floors before they left!! Great job, GreenEx!!

I called GreenEx about a week before I needed the services and Frank was extremely pleasant and helpful! I live out of town and needed services for my childhood home in Brooklyn and he accommodated my schedule with no issues. David and his team came today ON TIME (5min early actually) and got right to work. They were all really nice, professional, and efficient. My sister and I were so pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs!!

Franks GreenEx team lead by David has helped out my family twice now over the past 4 years. They always come prepared to work and get the job done. This is not a normal cleaning service, it's for the extreme, they walk into a disaster and make it habitable again. The crews have been professional and diligent... truly appreciated. Hope not to have to call them again but would highly recommend if you have the need.

I used GreenEx Cleaning services last week. They were amazing! I met with Frank prior for an assessment and he was compassionate as well as professional. On the day of the cleaning. David and his crew came and did a wonderful job. They were willing to take whatever I pointed to and did a great job cleaning. They work fast and diligently. Not only did Frank and his able crew do what he said they'd do at the price he quoted, GreenEx exceeded my expectations. The job was to clear out fifty years worth of clutter from a hoarder's apartment. We requested that he put aside family photos, heirlooms, etc. that appeared important, which he did with care, courtesy and efficiency. And his crew swept up after! I contacted Greenex for a clean out of a large storage unit. Darron and Brandon were assigned on the job for two Saturdays. They were great, punctual, worked hard, stayed an extra hour to get the job done. It was a large job, they packed their truck well and arrived with a bigger truck the following Saturday. They did everything we asked them. They had a great attitude, very personable and capable. It was a large job, but they kept assuring us that it was gonna get done in the time assigned and it did! We would highly recommend Greenex as a company based on their work.

We had a very bad hoarding problem in an apartment in my building. We contacted GreenEx for the job. David & the crew cleaned out the apartment to perfection. You would never know that there was a hoarding problem at all. Also the backyard was over run with weeds, grass etc. because of all the rain we had this year. Again David & crew cleaned out the backyard entirely. If anyone needs any type of clean out done, GreenEx is the company to call. The crew are very friendly, respectful and of course do fantastic work. If needed I would contact them again.

David and his team were very professional and easy to work with. My late sister's apartment was a hoarder's nightmare, filled with papers, trash and dozens of boxes she had never unpacked in 20 years. David patiently unpacked each one with me to determine what, if anything, I wanted to keep and what to throw away or donate. On the second day he and his workers did an amazing deep clean that rescued a stove that looked like it was ready for the trash heap. Unfortunately the toilet and bathtub were rusty beyond repair but the bathroom and kitchen ended looking rather presentable. I would whole-heartedly recommend GreenEx for clean-out and clean-up services.

We were desperate to address a bedbug problem in our ward's apartment, but before the exterminators could do a thorough job, some of the infested furniture and many books had to be removed. David told us that they could safely remove the furniture, complying with our co-ops protocols, and remove grass-cloth wall-coverings, wall-to-wall carpeting as well. To make the apartment livable again, the GreenEx team did repairs, plastered and painted, then did a complete clean-up, hung artwork and moved the remaining furniture back into place. Our 101 year old ward is happily back home. The team was pleasant to work with, flexible and very professional.

Our church was so pleased with the work of GreenEx Corp. From the first contact with Frank who was very pleasant and professional; we knew this was the right company. The workers Darron, Nick &Jeffrey are excellent workers who arrived on time ready to get the job done. They were respectful, professional and hardworking. They worked together as a team and did the job in a timely manner. Frank was fair and reasonable with the cost and always responded to any questions and concerns. I became in charge of my deceased relative's estate after her passing more than a year ago. Because it took so long to get permission from the Surrogate Court of Queens, her hoarder condo unit sat for a year plus, in the heat of last summer, filled with trash, food, garbage...with me unable to remove anything! What a nightmare. I was scared every time I had to go in because of the cockroaches and whatever else was underneath all the mess! When I did go in, I dressed in full PPE- that is how bad it was.
I had researched different clean out companies and decided to use GreenEx. Frank came out and reviewed the situation and gave me a quote (2 days to empty the place, and 1 day to "deep clean") and good advice. But I had to wait 16 months before I could use GreenEx's service due to the Court.
David has since taken the reins of this amazing group. He dealt with the rules of the condo, producing a COI that they required. The team works like a well oiled machine. He communicated with me in a very timely manner, and I never felt ignored.
After working together for so long, the team of 4 guys anticipate each other's needs and it is like an assembly line. We were on the top floor of an apartment building with one very small elevator. With multiple trash bins and dollies, they removed everything that I asked (even some things I later added when I was able to see that the furniture was not worth saving...). They emptied two large storage units in the building.I was able to enter previously blocked off rooms, and they were helpful in looking for valuable papers and items. They worked steadily, taken only a very short "water break"!
I was also impressed that David took the time to set aside things that he knew would be good donations to the church, and he brought them over at the end of the job. Their hearts are in the right place.
BUT the most amazing part of what they did was how they deep cleaned the place. Using their "miracle" cleaner and a lot of elbow grease, they scrubbed, vacuumed, mopped, vacuumed again, polished, mopped again... until the place was unrecognizable! The hardwood floors and kitchen tile that were previously covered with layers of dirt, grime, dust, rodent droppings... became revived! The kitchen went from being scary to just outdated. The bathroom which was piled high with stuff making the tub and toilet awful, were washed back to WHITE and the mirrors and shelving were individually cleaned and polished. The living room floors which were black with dirt, were now gleaming and a showpiece of the apartment! They cleaned all the windows, which had been so dirty and almost opaque, and I was left with an apartment with a beautiful view of Manhattan! Incredible! People who had seen the apartment in its hoarding stage were stunned at the transformation. And EVERYONE who has seen the before and after photos and videos immediately asked, "Who did you use!!?"

I am grateful for the team's professionalism, reliability, flexibility, cheerfulness in the face of daunting hard work, and for them giving me back some order in my life so I can move forward with selling the place.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I recommend them WITHOUT reservation. I am sure you can find someone who might quote you a lower price (or higher too), but these guys were honest and so easy to work with. I could have never gotten through this without them.
