They take communication very seriously and never leave you hanging. They also have a solid crew of gentlemen who are masters of their specific craft. I have very specific taste and wanted a lot of control of the finishes. I was terrified of making such a huge financial decision, and scared of all the "what could go wrong". But I can say my comfort, design choices and concerns were respected. If I was unhappy with something, they fixed it. I feel incredibly grateful and privileged to have worked with RoccoVito. It's also worth noting that they're a local family owned business.
