Excellent experience from start to finish. Mike and his team rebuilt our chimnev and the work is outstanding They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean when the iob was done. It's hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but these guys did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

If you can’t reliably service Connecticut, THEN DON’T ADVERTISE IT. Canceled on me twice now and now I might face fines with my HOA. You probably don’t want to book if you live anywhere north of the Bronx.
The first time, I had to call twice and find out whether they would make it or not after driving 40 minutes out to my new property (not living there full time yet). The first time I called, a man told me he’d call me back in 20 minutes with an update. An hour later and no call, so I called back and I was told they would not be able to make it after on hold for a couple minutes. I spoke with a woman who was so kind and offered a discount to try and rectify the situation so I calmed down and just accepted it for what it was. She told me they’d schedule me in for a week later, PROMISED someone would be there. I was late to my cousin’s baby shower nonetheless when I didn’t have to be.
Now it’s a week later, the night before my cleaning, and I get a call to say they won’t be able to make it again. Now I’m missing out on seeing my family AGAIN, including my new four month old nephew WHO I HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO MEET YET, for the weekend because I had to reschedule my time to align with this new chimney cleaning. Again, the man I spoke with was kind and obviously felt bad, but that does not change the gross inconvenience this has caused me.
Call me dramatic but I’m crying as I type this but I’m a teacher with an insanely busy schedule who can barely keep her head on straight most of the time. I shouldn’t have to find someone else and pay more for same day service for something that wasn’t my fault, I shouldn’t have had my gas and time wasted, I shouldn’t have had time with my family wasted, and I shouldn’t be stressing over HOA fees on a Friday night when that’s the only time I get to myself.
