Vinny Tech #457.came today to fix a leak in a basement water line knob. He was here and very knowledgeable, so I asked him if he could repair a few knobs that had me worried. He called in to report the additional work and after the jobs were finished he advised me on a couple of things he noticed and Without any sales pressure, just very good advice. These other issues will be handled by them for sure and I really hope they send Vinny. I can guarantee that roto rooter will be my first call when I’m ready to have the work done. Vinny was a perfect gentleman. He went right to work and walked me through all of his work after he was finished.

Over the weekend we had worst disaster home owner may experience.. Our basement got flooded and had to call plumber.. called Roto-rooter and immediately understood the situation and dispatched a technician within 30 minutes. The technician did everything possible to identify the problem and figured the problem was at main sewege system.. At that point he wasn’t able to continue his work. However, he helped us get through the county and had them come to fix the issue outside. Vinny was awesome, he was very empathetic to our situation and waited until county responded. He even called next day to check on us.. kudos to Vinny! Thank you.
