Recently, my basement was flooded with 2 to 3 inches of water. I thought I would have many problems, but I was wrong. Servpro was the company to fix everything and the project Manager was John Fasciano. John explained everything that would be done. I had many questions and I called John many times with questions and John and John patiently and politely always answered all of my questions no matter how many times I called him. The last time I saw John was when he came to close the case. He asked me if I was satisfied with the job, and if there was anything that I wanted him to do. I told him that everything was OK except for my TV and speakers still, but not in working condition. I had been unable to connect all the wires with my TV and speakers and other units. John asked if I wanted him to do it and of course I said yes , I was amazed later when John turned on the TV and Everything was back to normal. I was very very pleased. Even when he was working away, his last Words were” Call me if you have any problems.” Thank you, John.

Our insurance company referred us to Servpro to remediate water damage in two adjacent rooms. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They informed us how each step of the process would go, and they executed those plans. There were no surprises from them. They removed all signs of water damage and monitored the locations afterwards to ensure that the remediation was successful. They referred contractors to us to help with restoration after remediation was completed. The contractors performed in the same manner as the staff from Servpro—always on time and very professional. Their finish work was excellent.

We had a major flood in the basement due to a blocked sewage pipe. We needed help immediately. When i called Servpro I was fortunate to speak to a young woman named Jeri. Not only did she arrange for servicemen to arrive at the house within hours but she walked me through the entire process. Jeri was always in contact with me by phone or email. She was diligent in obtaining the plumbers invoice so our insurance policy would cover the cost of the cleanup.. Servpro did a very thorough job. took care not to damage anything. Their staff is courteous and professional.I highly recommend Servpro for any of your cleaning needs.

After some water damage took place due to a flooding accident from the neighbor above us, ServPro immediately stepped in and made sure to take care of the mold and kitchen teardown for next steps. Not only were Kevin and Andres (the mitigation team) super professional, but Jeri made sure to stay in touch with both me and my insurance company to make the entire process as seamless as possible.

Servpro got in touch me promptly after the adjuster’s visit. They were onsite as promised in short order. The workers were on time, professional, and courteous. They protected the rest of my space while doing their work. I was impressed by how detailed and thorough they were. And before leaving they informed me what they had done and cleaned up meticulously. Jeri responded promptly to my calls about additional concerns. Overall Servpro made an unfortunate experience more less stressful.

My apartment had an inch of sewer water. I cannot express how grateful I am to the northern queens servpro team. Jeri was lovely on the phone and fully accommodating. Martin got his team to my house ahead of schedule. Soledad and Louis cleaned my apartment in expert fashion. Every square inch was cleaned. They even moved my furniture around and placed it back without me even realizing until the job was done because nothing was out of place. Including everything on my book shelves and bureau! They were professional and thorough from the phone to the cleaning. Absolutely wonderful!
