Old homeowner installed PVC dryer vent that was 3 inches, not 4. Vent kept getting blocked. EcoProVent came and installed a 4 inch steel vent the same day that they were only scheduled to provide a quote. What they installed is so much cleaner, nicer, and professional looking than what was there, I'm questioning why we didn't do this sooner. Definitely using these guys again.

A text was sent to tell me they were on the way. The person who came took pictures of my dryer vent before and after the cleaning and shared them to me. He checked our connection to the vent, and cleaned up the lint. He was very polite, professional, and we will definitely be using his company again.

I had my dryer vent cleaned. When the hose was disconnected so the vent could be cleaned I was educated that my hose was in need of replacement. I asked if they had one with them. They did and the whole process took les than an hour, Very professional, and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again for my annual maintenance!
