So they’ve been maintaining my house lawn and garden for the last 3 years. The first year was very good. However the following season it progressively got worse. Now when they come each week they only mow my lawn. I may for them to maintain all of the shrubs and plants around my lawn. My shrubs are now out of control and I will need to hire a separate company to clean them. When I’ve tried to reach out to them, they either hang up or yell at me. I’m really disappointed in how they’re handling this. Additionally I asked in person to fix the shrubs for me because they’re now growing outward instead of up and dying from lack of care. When I asked, the gentleman told me he’d fix it the following week. That was 3 weeks ago, when I followed up again he said he never promised me to cut the shrubs back. I’m HIGHLY disappointed. If this doesn’t get any better, I may need to take this to the Garden City Chamber of Commerce as well.
