I started using One - A-Cleaning last summer. I am very happy with their service. They are reliable and listen to any changes I may need. They ask you to check everything out before they leave . This allows me to voice any concerns I have and then they immediately take care of it. I would recommend them.

Horrible service. Charged $1600 to clean the upper floor of our house 4 bed 2 bath. We felt we were ripped off and when we tried to talk to Carlos we was very dismissive saying sorry nothing he can do. And to add insult to injury they took a video inside of our home with out our consent posted It as a ad about their "amazing service", after we had explicitly told him we were unsatisfied and disgusted with the service. He's made no attempts to make It right and only offered to come back to "finish" the job for another $1600. Horrible way to conduct business do not recommend.

I had to call this company for an emergency service due to a water pipe that broke in my house, all my carpet in the living room got wet. They arrived within a few hours and clean my carpet with their machines. I was amazed by how my carpet looked after they finished. They also cleaned some of my walls that got wet this shows that they love detailing I’ll really recommend One-A Cleaning for emergencies and any other cleaning you need. This guys are amazing!!!

This was my first time with a cleaning service and i loved it! Carlos and his crew were very professional and on time. I did a rug cleaning and a 3 hour cleaning for the house and it was perfect. Will deff be using it again in the future

In the begging of last summer I got a flyer in the mail box from One A cleaning, Most of my floors are carpet floors so I decided to give them a call. They arrived on time and started working, after a couple of hours my carpets looked so much cleaner and my whole house smelled refreshing! I will definitely recommend One A cleaning. One A- Cleaning services has exceeded our exceptions for our air bb apartment. Always on time- which is critical and they pay very close attention to detail and instructions, and are extremely professional and easy to work with. I called this local business to clean, and disinfect my basement due from my sewer backing up. They cleaned the whole area spotless, and even used a steam machine to assure the bacteria, and particles, are are disinfected after cleaning it 3x after. The prices are great, and the cleaners are professional, and on point. I will definitely be calling them to clean my house again!! Recommend this company for residential houses !! A++!

Very happy with One-A cleaning, a family friend referred them to me. I had a very deep cleaning job in one of my Manhattan apartments which I was trying to have clean before the next tenant moved in.
