Nick Aversa and his team care of my property like it is their own. Here is one example. Nick did my fall cleanup several days ago, the place looked pristine. Yesterday my neighbors landscaper unintentionally blew some debris in the front of my house. An hour later I heard a blower, there was Nick cleaning it up so it would look perfect a again. We cannot say enough GREAT things about Aversa Property Services! We hired Aversa to design and transform our entire property following the installation of a new pool and an addition/home renovation. We finished our project in the winter of 2021 and we called countless landscape design services who did not return our calls or who were completely unaffordable. We saw the Aversa landscape trucks in our neighborhood (which are pristine by the way) and we gave them a call. Nick immediately returned our call, promptly came over to assess the property and very quickly returned an estimate that was detailed, professional and reasonably quoted! Every single detail that we requested was accounted for and Nick provided line item numbers so we completely understood the costs involved with our request. Along the way, he stayed in communication with us, provided us reliable updates to the timeline, and accommodated all of our changes and/or additions to the project. We trusted him implicitly with plant material choices and layout, and he did not disappoint. He is clearly an expert in this area and knows what will thrive in the environment that he services. He coordinated all of the subs needed to complete the job, to include a mason and an entire new sprinkler system installation. This project included grading of the property, new sod, shrubs, trees and flowers. Everything and every detail was accounted for, and this phase of our project was truly stress-free. And after the extensive work we had done and the winter we endured, that says a lot! When the job neared completion, Nick added colorful flowers and went above and beyond to meet us at Hicks nursery to choose planters and plant materials for around the pool. It truly feels like a resort here, and we could not be happier! We continued to tweak and added as we went, and the next step was landscape lighting. The lighting materials Nick helped us select truly placed the finishing touches on this complex project. He completed the install in house and upon completion ensured our property was pristine. The lights truly are stunning! Along the way Nick always showed up to check on how things were growing and to make sure there were no issues.
