Had to have my old cast iron main line replaced to sewer line with new trap installed outside of house to prevent another flood in my basement. They explained everything and were professional and the job was completed quickly and satisfactorily…I would recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Atlas Plumbing & Heating, but it definitely won't be my last. Plumbers arrived when expected, were courteous and efficient and quickly resolved my problem. When I thought it might be a bigger job, they assured me that wasn't the case. Plumbers can tell me anything, and who am I to argue? But the Atlas team was honest, and you can't put a price on that!

Atlas plumbing was able to quickly respond to our issue - a nonfunctioning boiler - in the middle of a cold winter night. They diagnosed the problem, were able to quickly arrange a crew to install a new boiler, and did so very quickly. We felt they were safety conscious throughout, which was deeply important to my pregnant wife, and their prices and approach were more than reasonable. I enjoyed having them work on my home, and will use them again - I recommend them to friends and family in the area.

We own a small business in the New Hyde Park area and recently worked with Atlas plumbing and have nothing but terrific things to say about them. The toilets in both of our bathrooms stopped working at the same time. With a staff of 13 people this was a huge issue. Anthony was able to send people over to us with in a couple of hours of our call. They quickly determined the problem, discussed with us what was needed, provided a competitive estimate and completed all of the work in less than 24 hours from when we first called. Anthony runs a team of super professionals. I just moved to a new home which had a whole house filter system already installed by another company. The filter was stuck, we couldn’t get it open. Anthony answer to the call, his arrived within the given time frame, were extremely professional and polite. They even thought of wearing the shoe socks in a rainy day. Anthony went above and beyond, he came to meet me once the job was done and even gave me some tips on my sprinkler system. He is a Garden City local and is definitely comforting to open a door to a neighbor. I highly recommend his services.

I was very impressed with Atlas from the start especially because I entered the incorrect email address in the form to get a call. Anthony actually went online and found me and was able to reply to my email. John and Alex showed up this morning on time and ready. Both were very friendly and came in to fix my waterline, and gave me the copper pipe I needed. It was quick fast and friendly, I really appreciate that added service. My review is a little different in that I haven't actually used Atlas Plumbing. We recently purchased an investment property, which has been very challenging, dealing with an older home and tenants to keep happy. Last night my tenant called to say that the heat was not working and they had no hot water. Normally I can reset a boiler without a problem. But the boiler in this new house was ancient! I've never seen anything like it. And I could not find a reset button. I didn't know what the issue was either. So 10pm I'm googling and calling at least 5 different companies that advertised "accepts 24 hour urgent HVAC calls" etc. Some of whom were very short and inpatient with the late call - even after I explained that the tenant had a baby at the house with no heat or hot water.
The last number I called was Atlas Plumbing and was able to speak to the owner, Anthony, directly. He was so kind, patient, and understanding of my dilemma. He took the time to ask questions and even had me text him pictures of the boiler so he could see what he was dealing with -- this was now 10:30PM! Although he could not get to me during the night, he said I would be his first stop in the morning. I knew he was sincere and understood the urgency. But at 7am, my previous homeowner texted me and told me how to reset the boiler.
I called Anthony, fully expecting him to be pissed at me for waking him up at night and now canceling on him right before he was about to come. I was wrong. He was again, so kind, upbeat, and totally understood my situation. Although the boiler was now working, I knew I just had to write this review.
I have no doubt that a company with an owner like that would also have high standards when it comes to the quality of their work, and I am absolutely sure I would get a fair price as well. I will likely have to replace my ancient boiler very soon, but I know exactly who I will be calling when I am ready.

I cannot say enough good things about Atlas Plumbing & Heating. Recently we had a sizable flood in our basement. What sounded like an explosion turned out to be one of the water pipes breaking away from the main water line. The clamp just broke, and water came gushing into the basement. It was a Saturday night at around 8:00 p.m. We looked up plumbers with 24 hour service and desperately started making phone calls, with limited success. And then we called Atlas Plumbing & Heating. The owner, Anthony answered the phone! Anthony came over that night himself to assess the problem. Ultimately, he and his crew made the repairs and also some sorely needed upgrades. They were not at all pushy, but merely made some suggestions about a few helpful upgrades we might want to consider. Anthony also helped connect us with a great restoration company who was on the scene that night to quickly begin remediation. If you need a quality plumber who will respond quickly in an emergency situation, I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing & Heating.
