This is the kind of business that should be an example to others. First let me say that i really appreciate the straightforward pricing. I asked for a quote and i got a quote. No vague approximation no i need to see the chimney first aka i need to see if you live in an expensive house so that i can jack up the price no it depends on xxx. Just an honest and fair price without upsells or hidden add on charges. It was my first good impression and it was the main reason why i chose this business. Scheduling he quickly found a date we could agree upon and it wasn't weeks out. Work quality he showed up on time and got right to it. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He was impressively efficient and completed the work very effectively. He was pleasant and professional. His competitors were overpriced and wouldn't give straight answers to requests for quotes. This company got my business and i will choose them again the next time i get my chimney cleaned.

In my new home I have hvac, bathroom exhaust, clothes dryer and water heater ducts, and it took several calls to find one company that would clean all of them. They arrived within the arranged time window and got right to work, cleaning ducts that probably had not been cleaned since the building was built. We had some allergies in the primary bedroom and suspected the fireplace so we reached out to a few companies.The technician from this company came and inspected the fireplace.He went above and beyond during the inspection and so I immediately hired him for a much needed cleaning.They were able to come out the next day for the cleaning.They prepped the area so carefully not to dirty the floors or let any of the fireplace filth come out into the room.They also provided pictures of before and after and it is spotless now.And no more allergy symptoms anymore.Thank you so much.!!!
