When I decided to renovate my basement, part of the renovation required my furnace to be physically moved 8" inward so that we could build an enclosure for the heating unit. Betlam rose to the challenge and were able to work with my contractor in getting this to happen within a reasonable budget and on time. In addition to this, while performing this task, I casually mentioned that I was thinking of going with a tankless water heater. It turns out Betlam are experts in the field of tankless water heaters! As fate would have it, I chose the model that also performs baseboard heating. Betlam installed this unit, thoroughly pressure tested it to make sure of no leaks, and showed me how to operate the unit. Now I have the basement that I want. Thank you Betlam, this was a knock it out of the park home run!

Betlem installed a ductless mini split system in 3 rooms of our hundred year old masonry house. We have radiators so this is the best way to get AC. We are also using the system to heat individual rooms while it's not too cold out. The work was done on schedule at a fair price.

In an effort to be proactive we called for a quote to have our 33 year old A/C replaced, but as luck would have it, our A/C died during the current heat wave and Betlem couldn’t make it out here for a week for the quote. We called multiple companies to see if anyone could replace without having a week+ wait during 90 degree temps. We were fortunate to find a company that could do it within 3 days and I recognize I should have called Betlem to cancel the quote, but as you could imagine, things were a bit hectic and I forgot. This is the response from Betlems “Sales Professional” coming out to give a “free estimate”. I wouldn’t even call them for service much less an installation if this is the service you get. -Karen
