I recently used Seigel for some exterior drainage that I needed as part of a pool and concrete pool/patio installation. From beginning to the end of the job, the family members that own and operate the business were friendly, responsive, and concerned with our satisfaction. Samantha, who answers the phone is very patient and was happy to take my calls to answer questions during the planning and executing phases of the job. Paul, who did the estimate, was available before and after the job was done, and returned all calls within a timely fashion - also very easy to talk to. Scott, who was the foreman on the job, was very easy going, was willing to talk to me and explain things as the work was being performed. In fact, all of the guys working at my house that day were in good moods, talkative, and didn’t mind me hanging around and poking my nose in here and there (I took off that day from work). That kind of customer interaction is priceless to me and seems to be getting rarer these days. On top of all that, the price was great! I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go with Seigel! Highly recommend!

Siegel Landscape and Drainage did a fantastic job putting drainage in our backyard. The work was done two years, I waited till now to give comprehensive review. Since work was done, backyard is no longer a swamp. I am able to cut lawn in late April instead of early July and my dogs no longer come in covered with mud. Even after an extremely heavy rain, we can use yard next day. Crew was quick, professional, and didn’t leave the yard a mess. I highly recommend.

They completed some work for local Little League last year. I got 3-4 quotes but chose Siegel because price was fair and they replaced sod after installing drainage lines. Everyone else wanted to backfill the ditch and leave it for us to repair/remedy.

About year later and you could never tell they were on-site. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, the drainage works, and the workers cleaned up after themselves.

They've since come back and helped with a few smaller things. Paul (Sales) is very easy to work with and Sam (Office) is organized and responsive.

Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Paul at Siegel was very professional and clear so we understood exactly what we needed and their pricing was very fair! Dan, the lead on the actual job day was also helpful in explaining how the job was being completed. We needed the lower basement walls to be opened up to remove the clogged drainage pipes that go around the house and replace with new stone and perforated PVC piping. Dan and his crew worked very hard and did an amazing clean up job. Very nice, polite and focused crew!

Very happy with all interactions with this company. They did what they said, arrived on time, the quote was clear and explained very well. The yard looked so great after the work was done. Very neat, and tidy. Scott and Dans team did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

As new homeowners, Siegel has been the best company to work with by far. From the estimate to completion they did exactly as they said they would and showed up exactly when they said they would. They actually did the job cheaper than some other estimates too. Nearly 100ft of drainage going from our backyard, tied into to our gutter and sump pump, and right out to the street. Our backyard is no longer a swamp even during all the rain we’ve been getting. And I can see the water dumping out into the street. Highly recommend.

We had our basement waterproofed and drainage installed in our yard by them. It took them 3 days to do the work and they basically left no trace they were here. The price was also less to do the yard and basement then what we were quoted to have just the basement done by some companies.

Siegel is an excellent company. They were diligent about working with my town inspections department to meet additional requirements.
The work was completed when promised. They were very respectful of my property and easy to work with. They are totally customer focused.
Additionally, their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Scott did a fantastic job in our basement. We explained our issue and he knew exactly where it was coming from and what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly and effectively. He was conscious of our basement being furnished with memorabilia and set up with a bar, therefore there was little to no mess. Everytime it rains, we no longer dread it!

I cannot recommend them enough. They saved our house from flooding. We just got a HUGE snowmelt and rain combined and in other years we'd have to run sump pumps to remove water from our yard to avoid flooding our home. NOT anymore! In addition, during installation there was an issue that arose. We fully expected it to cost more money but they honored their contract and spent an extra half day performing the work necessary. I cried when they told us they would make it right. Companies just don't stand by their work anymore and this one did. We are so pleased with this company. They treat you like family.

The crew at Siegel did an AMAZING job with our yard drainage project. They were on time, on budget, and left our yard as if they never dug it up. Very happy with their work and would absolutely hire them again! Highly recommend!!!
