NEVER have dealt with a more customer service oriented carpet cleaning company. They stay on top of everything from then first incoming contact call I made to follow up after. Katie is the welcoming first line contact re: scheduling and is knowledgeable to address any questions. The tech JESSE was the most personable and qualified individual I’ve had to date in regards to knowing his “stuff,” and addressing my concerns. Carpet looks fabulous. As far as carpet cleaning companies go …Don’t bother looking elsewhere.

Rapid Dry guys were great! Very happy with the work Ray and Dale did in my home. They are very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and fast at the work to get it done right! I recommend these guys if you want the job done right! Also the management team I worked with, Jake and Alex are great and they do all they can to make sure everything goes smooth. Rapid dry has numerous amazing services that I wasn't even aware of until recently. They just came out to clean the carpets in 2 rooms of my home. The entire process was fast, smooth and professional. Jessie and Princeston went above and beyond, they not only did a super job but were very friendly. I received a great deal and even better service. My carpets look like new again and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Rapid dry !

We wanted to get carpets cleaned in our new home and thought it would be over a week to get them done, but after calling Rapid Dry we got it scheduled for the next day. Michael Smith did a great job on our rugs..love the machine used on rugs really gets down into rugs..area rugs turned out great. We will definitely use rapid dry again..rugs feel clean also...very happy with this company and reasonably priced

Ryan was my service gentleman. Polite, professional and he took his time. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies before, and they have been in and out in about 45 minutes. Ryan took his time went step-by-step and he was here for almost 2 hours. Very impressed my brothers look great, everything smells great. I think I found a good company to use.

Waste of money. I was a new homeowner with no pets. Previous owner had pets. I went with this company because of the reviews but they did not remove any stains. The only difference made the dog scent, which only lasted a few weeks. Buy your own carpet cleaning machine for the SAME PRICE OR LESS.
