The lack of professionalism at this establishment is astounding…apparently they won’t travel a few miles unless there are other appliances in the area that need to be fixed🙄

I cannot say enough positive things about Repair by Dorian. Scheduling was easy; both Debbie and Dorian were very responsive and communicated estimated arrival times. Dorian was ultra professional; he brought his own booties (made my day) and explained exactly what was wrong with the oven and what was required to fix it. His honesty was a breath of fresh air, as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. When he was finished with the job, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been working in the kitchen! I rarely write reviews, but I will be singing Dorian’s praises to anyone who may need appliance repair! Thank you so much, Dorian!

Updated 7/31/2025: once again, Dorian came through for us, this time fixing our Bosch dishwasher. He came as scheduled, looked it over, explained everything, then went around to fixing it on the spot. Debbie get me apprised of his ETA up to the point of his arrival. Great job all around again.
