We had a small gas leak and called Tempco to get our heat back on. We reached out at 8:10 AM, expecting a plumber between 9-11:30 AM. The technician showed up promptly at 9:15 AM. He efficiently fixed the issue, verified it was complete, and we were good as new.

When they finally showed up, it was for a mere 10 minutes and that's all we saw of them. The worker claimed he'd be back with a new part but never followed through. Got slapped with a nearly $700 bill the next day and now I'm getting constant notices to pay, even though nothing's been done. Their whole "prompt service" thing is laughable - it only applied to sending that bill ASAP so we'd cough up the cash. Not worth my time or money, and definitely not trustworthy.
