This company is extremely professional. On time, clean trucks, experienced technicians, work clean and reasonable pricing and honest staff. Had Cesspool pumped. Two technicians returned to remedy blockage from first floor to second floor. First Class service. Highly recommend. Wish I could give more stars.

I found this company to be unreliable, having cancelled two scheduled appointments. They were unprepared and had to return another day with additional equipment. They were unskilled and had to redo the project because the cover was set too high for adequate drainage. Although it was admittedly their fault, it appears that they double charged me for doing the job twice. I repeatedly requested a price and it was not given to me until the job was done for the second time. I spent hours preparing the site to make it as easy for them as possible, did everything they requested, and they totally ripped me off. I would never recomend this company.

I GOTA say that Ronnie and his team were spectacular! They were ontime, precessional and truly honest. I would definitely recommend them. You won’t be disappointed with the service. Most of all they were very fair in price! You can’t beat that! Thank you again!

Rob and his team are the olympians of this industry. After numerous companies failed to diagnose and FIX my septic tank issue, Rob and his team came over and very efficiently, cleanly, and economically corrected my issue. They found my cap when others couldn’t and pumped out my system. The other companies wanted to excavate and ruin my landscaping, sprinkler lines, and lighting. Rob saved my lawn and my money. Robert, who is the owner of the company, is so professional, kind, and an overall upstanding person. From the minute we called him, he sent someone to our home and replaced the pump which we had for many years. He knew what the issue was immediately and took care of it. The company is also very fair in their pricing. Through the years, we have used a hand full of other cess pool companies and each one has been a nightmare. We had nothing but the best experience with North Shore Cesspool and we highly recommend this company.

Great service. Ronnie and Ronnie Jr. came to our house in Sea Cliff same day to service our cesspool. They were knowledgeable and friendly. No BS. Told us what we needed and gave us a fair price. Also made suggestions on how to improve our system but didn’t pressure us to do anything that day. Highly recommend.
