Sean, the director of the company was able to detect various and very serious conditions (Rodent/Vermin dropping) throughout our entire kitchen that was clearly visible only to a trained professional. Despite repeated request for an estimate from the back office (Jean) it has been ignored. The job requires the removal of cabinets and appliances. Therefore, it is not a small job and remain extremely disappointed THAT WE ALL WASTED OUR TIME. I WAS DEPENDING ON THE ESTIMATE AND NOW REALIZE I MUST RESEARCH AND SCHEDULE AN APPITNMENT WITH A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR WHICH RESULTS IN MORE WASTED TIME.

Sean and his team were responsive, professional and caring. Tyrell the foreman on the job was curious and professional. They were going to be an hour late in coming and he called and said they would be late. Professional and the "right" thing to do.

They came and did their job expeditiously and left.

I would recommend them to anyone.

The only comment I would make is that they should wear some type of uniform.

Unfortunately we had a flood in our finished basement. Our rug and walls could not be saved. Victory Restorations responded quickly to our call, removed the flooded rug, cut the damaged sheet rock and thoroughly dried out our basement.Genie was a pleasure to work with and helped me navigate the insurance process. I highly recommend their services.

Kudos to Marco & "his boys", sent by Victory Restoration, to install a new vinyl kitchen floor at my house in Syosset, The damaged floor now looks wonderful. From the initial accurate floor measuring he did, to the final clean up, concluded to a "job well done". Thank you Jeanie & Sean.

When we found Victory Restoration, we were elated. Sean & Jeannie were responsive and generally timely, except towards the end of the project. Jeannie took on the role of GC and made my life easier, or so I thought. Jeanie recommended a furniture mover that we went with; we hired an art mover we used before and obviously Victory. In her negotiations with our insurance company, she managed to confuse herself about the money, specifically, Victory's money for the project; both movers went according to plan. What she did was to submit her final bill to my AMEX card and the figures were nowhere close. Actually she charged me 70% more than was due. I called her, we spoke about it, she said she'd have to get in touch with my insurance company. The money she thought she was entitled to does not exist, the money was never paid to us. So if I did not receive the funds, why would I pay her and help Victory Restoration become whole and help Jeannie cover up her mistake. I filed a dispute with American Express and AMEX found in our favor. And furthermore, Jeannie submitted 2 net totals for the same job. As I told her what I would if I did not hear back from her or Sean, I'd file in Small Claims Court today, and I did. It is now in the hands of my attorney.

The owner Shawn was very responsive and communicated with me along the way. His team delivered quality work at an affordable rate. I used them twice and both times they came through. The second time I used them was an emergency after 1am. Shawn responded in no time. I highly recommend him and his company.

Victory took care of drywall restoration and mold remediation before it became a huge problem for us. They have very friendly staff and the pricing is very fair. I recommend these guys if you ever run into trouble!
