Very good & reliable

I had a good experience with Omega Appliance Repair Queens, when they serviced my freezer that was leaking with water. Bill, their appliances repair technician, told me that the defrost drain froze over, causing my freezer to leak. He installed a drain heater to melt the ice and everything went very well. Highly recommended freezer repair.

Avoid this business unless you like wasting your time and giving money to a business owner that has the interpersonal skills of a door knob.
They will reschedule your repair time frame because "the tech would be in the area during that time" and then the tech will show up late anyway with no communication or notification, even if you call and request an update. The office staff will take your call, say they will reach out to the tech and then proceed to never return your phone call. Want to speak to the manager? He will just say "that's just the nature of the service industry" and tell you to kick rocks.
Delays are normal, yes, but to actively avoid providing your customers with updated information on what is going on is disrespectful and not normal.
The "location" for the business is also just a Walgreens, so I'm not sure what that's about.
Shout out to the tech, Jerome, who showed up and repaired the dishwasher quickly albiet late. The rest of the staff hung him out to dry, but that's not his fault or his responsibility. -
I want to share my most positive experience. Mr. Nar Singh was addressed our issues with our current washing machine. I rate his services very high. Thank you.
