Refuses to provide insurance for work. Called them out on it, and they said I need to "send a check first". Obviously I said no - like car insurance, plumbing insurance is a MUST.

The boiler they worked on stopped working. Asked for visit/maintenance, and they claimed they no longer do work for me because I didn't send the check.

Bound to be doing something shady in the background. Not trustworthy.

Intrusive option used to repair pipe. Both men were easy to work with and knowledgeable . I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them.

Used Kew Forest to repair a toilet leak and unclog the bathroom drains …. Arrived early, which was great, very efficient, answered all my questions…. These guys are my “go to” plumbers in the future …
