We have used Mr. Davis for over 10 years, and have recommended him to our friends, and all who have used him have been very happy with him. His prices are fair, and he guarantees his work. You cannot go wrong with this man.

If I could give zero stars I would. This man came to my home to replace the glass on my stove door and he left everything in worse condition than when he showed up. He broke the hinge on the stove cracked the handle and left glass all over the place and didn’t even clean up after himself.

Mr David attempted to repair my oven and ordered an unnecessary part. It took GE service over one hour to repair the instrument consul he failed to put back together properly

Do not call these people. He came to fix our dryer charged $450 and on top of that we had a fire. It took him 4 days to fix the dryer and he didn’t even fix it. When we called him after the first time we used the “FIXED” dryer he didn’t not respond first then he said the fire from the dryer doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that they fixed the dryer. It was not his fault. WE ARE HAPPY TO BE ALIVE!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!!

Can't believe how poor the service was here, and the results matched!

We contacted 'Zeek' from Davis Appliance Repair about two weeks ago after our refrigerator wasn't working. He agreed to come over at 6PM 'cause my wife and I work in the city, and couldn't get home any earlier than that.

After his first visit, he told us that he thought he knew what was wrong with it - and said he'd have to come back in a couple days to have another look. This visit cost $100.

A few days later, he came back and told us "yup, the compressor is definitely the problem. You guys need a new board, and new thermostats - I have the parts, but I left them at home - I'll have to come back in a few days"

The third visit - he brought the parts installed them, and took apart a few things in the freezer - and then put it back again. He said everything would be fine from here on out. This visit cost $311 (services and parts). Unfortunately, he put the freezer back together incorrectly.

The fourth visit, he put the freezer back together again - incorrectly again.

Now not only is the refrigerator having the SAME problem it had before 'Zeek' even showed up - now the freezer light isn't working, nor is it making ice.

I called Zeek to ask him to come back and fix this once and for all and he told me "he don't work nights" - this is after he's been willing to come to our house at 6PM for the past 4 visits, and this is the first we hear of it.

With no refund in sight, and our refrigerator STILL not working after two and a half weeks - This is by far the WORST service we've ever received. PLEASE do not give this man and this company your business!

diagnosed my icemaker problem over the phone.
installed a new water valve
water was not dispensing properly after he left.- no ice neither.
new service found water leaking behind the fridge.
the valve he installed was faulty.
the old one he left me was fine? (tested with meter)
the water had not been turned on fully - therefore was trickling.
new service reinstalled the old part he left me .
installed a new ice maker.
nasty horrible attitude!

I've had Zeke over to the house multiple times since 2005. 1st - He is responsive. He shows up when he says. He also is realistic - When I had an issue with my dishwasher, he was honest that he was busy and would stop by the next day. When I had an issue with our Gas Range, he skipped lunch and made sure to get over right away. 2nd - He is Honest. He won't charge you for something that you don't need. If he things something is too expensive to fix he will tell you that you are wasting your money.

This guy has me pay him cash only up front for parts ($125.00) that I could have ordered myself for around $90.00. He was charging an additional $175.00 labor. This was to replace a timer and knob on a $500.00 dryer. Then he breaks the back panel and tells me it’s going to cost another $125.00. I gave him $50.00 cash for his labor and kindly asked him to leave my residence. He left cursing and throwing racist epithets. Very unprofessional and not a legitimate repairman. Stay clear of this one!

Davis charged $100 for repair ordered part said I had to wait two weeks for part delivery.He said he temporally fixed it.still wasn't working next day called samsung for a repairman, He said it wasn't davis's part that caused problem and he replaced a different part and reinstalled Davis's defective part which was fine. the refrigerator working fine for almost a week now. Davis also wanted cash payment no credit card accepted,since we needed refrigerator fixed, I gave him cash .I'm sorry I tried this company for repair. told him he didn't fix problem and he didn't offer any money back and hung up before I could argue point.

STAY AWAY! Do Not Use!!! Had a Samsung Dishwasher that was throwing a clogged drain code. Davis came to diagnose and did everything I already did (reset the breaker at the electric panel and attempted to re-run the unit). Same clogged drain code kept appearing. He immediately diagnosed the issue as a faulty computer board. When I asked why he wouldn't turn the water off and pull the unit out to see if the drainage hose was clogged he scoffed and said Samsung is junk (don't disagree there) and it's the computer board. That should have been my first red flag. 2nd red flag was when he was trying to call his parts supply warehouse and kept dialing the wrong number, which I was quickly able to look-up and find for him. After purchasing the $175 part, Davis returned 3-days later to install but it was the wrong replacement board. So after the supply house resent the correct board (2 more days), Davis returned a 3RD TIME to install. Once again, same code kept appearing. Davis said there was nothing more he could do. How does a appliance repair guy not pull the unit out and check the drainage hose? Then when I asked for a refund on the replacement computer board I clearly didn't need, he walked out and said I'll send you a partial refund later. Needless to say, here we are 2 weeks later, and no partial refund has been sent. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They are unprofessional and dishonest.

Never again. My dishwasher stopped working. Davis came to repair it. It was apparently clogged with soap. Davis took apart the dishwasher. When he put it back together, the bottom washing arm was banging into the side of dishwasher. Clearly not properly reassembled. I ran the dishwasher two more times to clean out the remaining soap residue. Then the motor just stopped working after they took apart the dishwasher. Davis claims no responsibility! They will not stand behind their work.

This appliance repair was completely unprofessional. He totally took advantage of my family. I was told he could fix my dryer and paid for the new part which cost me $180. It took all week for him to return with the part he worked on it for 1hr 15 min and told me that he worked on it for hours he literally walked out and told me to buy another part that was $295. He left without even resolving the problem and left a complete mess for me to clean up! There were screws on the floor of my basement where my babies play. He had the nerve to call me a few days later and ask me to purchase the new part for $295 so he could complete the services. When I told him I wanted a refund for the original part for $180 he told me he already installed it! I would never ever use this unprofessional man. He said he could fix my dryer and made it worse. He left a complete dangerous dusty mess in my basement and did not have any regard for the customer. He is a complete crook!!

This guy is not a legitimate repairman and ver unprofessional and unethical. When he came to take a look at our fridge, without doing anything, he said that the PCB is not working and asked me to order it overnight. Then he asked me $75 in cash, even though he hadn't mentioned that over phone.
I paid $30 extra for overnight delivery and called him back it 2 days to come and do the job, he said that he is in traffic and can't come. I called next morning and he insulted me and said that he can't come.
Later, I found another repair man who came over and said that there is no sign of PCB failure, the issue is with the compressor. He replaced the compressor and then fridge works fine.
