I'm incredibly satisfied with Baker HVAC's service. My mom's house was freezing, and the furnace wasn't working. I called them at 10 am and spoke with Holly, who was fantastic - very helpful. She sent a technician promptly, who arrived at my mom's house by 11:30 and resolved the issue. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I'm grateful to have my mom warm again. The service was top-notch.
