My AC went on a house I just purchased. I called the home warranty company. They sent out Johnsons. I needed a new unit. Warranty company covered that. However the furnace was also bad. Warranty company was trying not to cover that. I started dealing with them in June. Had no AC all summer.
Laura, Was right there calling them constantly and explaining time and again what was wrong with the furnace.
I was getting no where with them, until Laura started helping and calling them all the time too.
As of August 30, 3022 I have a brand new AC and Furnace all covered. Thanks to Laura.
This company will really fight for you. They have a customer for life.

I had a great experience with johnsons plumbing & heating today my thermostat started acting up an they came over to my house in 40 mins an had my furnace back running in 10 mins great job guys! THANK YOU ALL an the lovely ladies in the office yall are too cool for school

The company is amazing. The woman who answered the phone tried helping us before sending someone out. Unfortunately we needed them to come out. The woman answered multiple calls from me etc they are truly amazing. Highly recommend

Since buying our house, we have had them out several times to do repair work, as well as install new appliances. I just scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at a furnace, and they were able to schedule me next day! Always professional, and their work has always been great!
