Had an issue with sewer backup in the basement. John came over and cleaned the carpets right away ON CHRISTMAS EVE. Very professional and a great price.

Yesterday, we had our building power washed with this company. It looked cleaner before they did it. We have dirt in places we didn't before and our windows are covered in dirt.

I had this company clean floor tiles in a commercial kitchen inside a restaurant. I was incredibly disappointed. It costed 600 dollars. Only portions of the tiles were cleaned, he wouldn’t clean behind any equipment, he only wanted to clean around the equipment and then he wanted to come back and charge me more to do that. I came in the next day thinking my floors would be spotless, and they weren’t. For me, the price was 600 dollars. when I had my boss speak to him; all the sudden it was “I’m sorry, well, pay me what you think I deserve” before he even started the job. He asked me when he was getting paid. I thought that was also rather unprofessional. A friend in the restaurant business recommended this company, but after the fact, he mentions,... well I worked with him 10 years ago. Well whatever he had going on 10 years ago isn’t what’s going on now. I was annoyed and perplexed by how this whole thing was carried out.

Captain John and his crew did an amazing job at my house. It was affordable and the carpets actually look better than when I bought them and the place smells nice too. Highly Recommend and will continue doing business with these guys.

I have had Capt. John clean my carpets and outside deck multiple times over the past few years. I also have had Capt. John clean my mother-in-law's carpets. He took care of her just like she was his family. I would go with no other company ever again! My floors came out perfect. I recommend this company.

Do not book them if your cleaning is at all important. They called me to cancel at 11 yesterday. Which was exactly the appointment time. I had already driven 30 minutes to the new house for them to cancel. They gonna reimburse my gas that I wasted? Doubtful. It was very important that these carpets got cleaned yesterday. I tried calling a couple other places but obviously it was too short of notice. Would not book with them ever again. Very disappointed.

The process of moving out has been long and laborious. The last step for me to move out of my townhouse was to get my carpets cleaned so I could receive my security deposit back. Your team showed up, inspected the property and got right to work. They did a great job and were in and out in a timely fashion. They were professional and polite. I appreciate the work your company does.

I just had my furniture cleaned. This was my first time using Aladdin. The men were so professional and friendly. I only had furniture cleaning scheduled but they asked if I wanted any other services. I didn't plan on adding anything but the furniture looked so great I asked for a quote to do our great room. Very reasonable and he said they had time.
The carpet looks brand new and so does the furniture.
This was so quick and reasonable I may never use my own steam cleaner again.

Aladdin's did a great job on my carpets and got out several stains that were not removed by my previous carpet cleaners. The Donovans were prompt, courteous, and professional.

Scheduled them to clean my microfiber couch (which is not an easy task) and they did an excellent job. 3 weeks later I had a flood in my basement and they found a way to squeeze me in the same day on very short notice and saved my brand new expensive rug. My basement looks and smells like a flood never happened because of their quick, EXCELLENT service. They are trust worthy and professional. More importantly they are personable and friendly. They take pride in servicing their customers and I will be using them again in the spring to freshen up another room in my house. I would highly recommend using them and if you have to wait a day rather than using someone else do it!!! Their prices are more than fair and well worth it.

Had Aladdin's team over and they were an absolute pleasure. We had a sectional and two area rugs cleaned and not only did they do a wonderful job, they were transparent, reasonably priced, and very friendly and professional. They came on time, and they even come back out for free if you notice something after they leave that they might have missed. Scheduling was seamless and they were able to come within a couple days after my call. Highly recommend and will definitely use Aladdin when we need things cleaned again.
