I needed a boiler looked at ASAP, and the owner was at the property within an hour, at 11 at NIGHT. Discussed everything with me at the property and promptly sent me an estimate in writing for the work. BEST SERVICE EVER.

Excellent service! They came out on short notice, cleaned all the condensers, among other things, and did the work promptly and efficiently. They explained everything clearly and even showed before-and-after reports. Fair pricing and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Called Nick from Erie Heating and Cooling and he expeditiously came to our house to address an issue we were having with our 1 month old unit. He was polite, thorough, and took care of us. He will be our first call next time!

Daniel replaced my hot water tank. Not only did he advise me against a more costly, unnecessary option, but he did the job at a more reasonable price than “the big guys”.
He also checked my boiler when it wasn’t firing when it needed to. Again, rather than suggest I needed a more expensive replacement part, he adjusted what was there and solved the problem.
His work is impeccable, he comes when he says he will, he leaves the worksite cleaner than the way he found it, and he is honest. No one else I would call for any HVAC jobs.

Daniel came out to fix my a/c unit at the beginning of the summer. It started making strange noises and not fully turning on right as the heat was getting bad. He came out to do an assessment and found that a coil was fried. He was able to get a new coil on and have the unit back up and running the same day. Not only did he provide great service, he also explained a lot about how my specific unit works, which allowed me to learn some valuable information as a new homeowner.

I had to replace my 20-year-old AC unit, so I got a few quotes and Erie Niagara Heating and Cooling had the best price. They did a great job and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Called Erie Niagara Heating on a Sunday early evening. Nick came out at 9:30 pm. Was able to start the unit to have air conditioning thru the night. Next day they called and were able to install the new unit immediately! Worked late to get it running. Will highly recommend!

During one of our coldest winter nights are thermostat stopped working. Dan came on a weekend with a new thermostat and installed in less than 30 minutes! Showed me how to program and we had heat again! Excellent service and reasonable prices. Would recommend Dan for any heating or cooling issues!

We love Dan! He’s done many orojects for us We have some rental properties and he fixed a valve letting us keep an old but great furnace. He’s replaced some hot water heaters and a thermocouple in on my boiler.
