Gold Roofing and Construction

In May 2021 I had a new roof put on my house. That winter I started to have leaks around my house which I did not think to much of it. This past winter 2022 the leaks increased plus I started to have damages to the inside of my house. I had a suspicion that it may have to do with the new roof I had put on so I tried to contact the company for assistance. They never responded to me and then I later on found out the company had gone out of business. I called Tony at Gold Construction and he answered his phone right away, which in this day and age, most people do not do, which was the first thing that impressed me. The second thing that impressed me was he came out that very same day to look at what might be going on. Because of this winter and the blizzards and storms we had, he tried to do something to temporarily take care of the issue then said in the Spring he would come out to do a more thorough investigation. In March 2023 he came out and looked at my roof and it was determined that I would need to replace it. He tried to work with me on only replacing some aspects of the roof however, with the amount of damages that were being seen and the warranties that came along with the roof, it was determined that replacing the entire roof would be in my best interest. I was not happy about this situation, nor the cost that came with it, since I had already paid for a new roof in May 2021, but I will say Tony and his company Gold Construction did a great job. Tony was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and insightful into the issues. He definitely knows the roofing industry. His crew was the same way. Tony was also very particular in the way things got done. I really liked this about him because I am particular and like it when someone pays close attention to detail, which is what he did. He was on the job the day it got done and he monitored everything. He ensured my house was tarped off as to not cause any damage. He also allowed me to come on the roof to look at all the damages and held my hand in order to ensure my safety while up there. In talking with him I noticed he is very God centered and asked if he would pray with me before the job was started and he gladly did that with me. If anyone is looking for a roofer, Tony and his crew are the ones to go with. I am very satisfied with his work and glad that God brought me to this company. He does excellent work and you will not be disappointed if you decide to go with him. Tony is the best!!

They came right out to give me an estimate and then performed the work shortly after! I’m very happy to have found him and his team and will continue working with him in the future!
