In the past, my husband and I used Clean Corp NY to wash the 13 second story windows in our narrow "green house" extension in our kitchen. So naturally I called on Clean Corp again this spring. There must have been a change in management because this time the service was terrible. First of all, although I had showed Jay pictures of the windows, the workers arrived without any idea of what they were supposed to clean. One of them began washing the sliding glass doors on my deck. Second, there were three men but only one ladder to reach the windows. And, the ladder was too short so the worker had to use an extension to wash them. And, given the short ladder, the second worker had to climb onto the glass roof and walk on the metal frames to clean the roof. Third, Jay tried to bill me for 4 workers but there was never a 4th worker. The next morning, when the sun was at an angle, there were streaks of dirt and smears on the windows that were quite obvious. Given the short ladder, and that there was only one ladder for three men, the time spent was more than necessary so the calculation of man-hours was overstated. A poor job from all angles.

I’m really unhappy with the services I received from this cleaning company. While they were here, I had to ask them to re-clean an area that was clearly missed. They didn’t clean any of the kitchen appliances, and days later I’m still noticing spots that were completely avoided. It’s like nothing was lifted or moved to clean underneath. I’m really upset, especially considering how much it costs to have people come in — the service just doesn’t match the price. Would not recommend.

Disappointed, showed up 90 minutes late solo, I was told 2-3 people would come. No way this could be cleaned solo in reasonable time. Not what I was told, I was told owner would be here, this was not the owner. Just one man who spoke limited English, if he was owner he would not have to call another person.

I booked a deep cleaning. To say I am so happy would be an understatement. I will definitely rebook for general housekeeping. This was a great Mother's Day gift to myself.

We trusted them with an Antique silk rug that belonged to my grandparents. I was honestly nervous because the rug is very delicate and hand-knotted. The staff reassured me they specialize in Oriental rug cleaning and silk rug repair. When the rug came back, it looked refreshed without losing any detail in the pattern. The fringe was also repaired beautifully.
