I am giving 1 star only for the lady who is operating behind the phone calls. Oh my god the way she talks is so rude i haven’t come across such a mannerless person ever in my life. She takes rudeness to next level. I think they should do something about her. Cause customer won’t like talking to someone like that or even a normal person.
The plumber are good they can be given 4 stars even but the lady behind the phone for customer service is the next level rude or mean -

JOHN did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. He fixed the plumbing issue quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean afterward. I highly recommend him and would definitely call him again.
