I was very happy with the services that were completed. The technician was very courteous and performed the repairs in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and call them again for future plumbing needs.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dan. He is a skilled and conscientious plumber who did a nice job repairing two outdoor faucets for us in Ellicottville. We do intend to use Dan for our future plumbing needs.

Hired this company on 8/4/2022 to replace an old hot water heater & toilet. Jake, the repair person, was awesome. Very efficient & professional. I would highly recommend them. I will utilize their services again !

You posted that you did not have a record of my call. That's funny. I called twice. Left a message on the first call. On the second call I left a message and a kady called me back and told me to call between 4 and 4:45 pm. I called the next day and no answer. I assumed correctly that you didn't want my business. I don't chase service people around.

I had D. Kandefer Plumbing & Heating come out to replace a leaking
in ground water main service main that that was costing me a fortune! I thought for certain the repair would be costly and take several days to complete.

The men of Kandefer had the permits from the city ready same day, concrete sidewalk carefully lifted, and the water line tied in that day!
