Does such an amazing job! Always leaves our house looking amazing! Highly recommended!

Kumani is amazing! She always arrives on time, ready to go. Her attention to detail is stunning and she really made my house shine. She’s not afraid to take a little extra time to make sure your space is absolutely perfect. On top of all that, she is very friendly and professional , always a pleasure to have her here! I highly recommend Kumani to anyone who needs a home cleaning. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality of her work is high. 11/10!!

Wasted 30 minutes of my life searching for a product the website was in aisle y2 and available for pickup. Aisle y2 was pool supplies. Aisle y6 had 2 and 4 cycle oil but no chain saw oil. Not in auto oil either

One aisle of dairy???

This Home Depot has to be one of the most cleanest and helpful Depot I’ve ever been to …everyone is always doing something in there … however … I want to give credit where credit is due …. The Customer Service ! ( Mar 6/26 approx 7:30 am). The ladies were so helpful and very welcoming to you and assisted in any way possible … my hats off to all of you!

Had a trap issue I didn't understand. Lou helped me put it together and told me tge steps to install the new set up. Thank God for good men.

These guys are the best hands down

The guys and girls there know their stuff.

I went in for some plumbing left with stuff I went in for and lunch great guys

One-stop shop for plumbing supplies, both private and contractor. Very helpful.

Lou was extremely helpful. I will definitely be back for future needs.

Lou knew exactly which parts I needed, had them on the shelf, showed me how I'd use them to fix my problem, and all for under $20 :)

Everyone that works here is class. The staff is always extremely helpful. Reminds me of the old days.

212 service.
Good people. I always find what I was looking for.
Whole crew is great Greece and Henrietta store.

Two great experiences with getting parts here as a homeowner. Very helpful staff in a great place to run in the contractors will give you a couple tips.

Always a great crew to answer all your questions. Usually have what you need. Great line of products. A good alternative to the orange and blue big box stores. These guys gave the answers weather your diy or pro. Go see em!

I purchased 5 Daikin split heat pumps systems from Brighton Location of Ferguson Plumbing Supply. An expenditure of over 12k.This spring one unit stopped functioning. My HVAC contractor informed me that the condenser needed to be replaced because it had a gas leak that couldn't be repaired. I immediately contacted Daikin and they informed me that the unit was under warranty and that my suppler Ferguson would arrange to replace it. I called Ferguson and they gave me the name of 2 HVAC contractors one of which I had to use to check out the system. I had to wait 2.5 weeks to get thier HVAC person to check the condensor.Thier recommended contractor couldn't find the leak. I had to pay my contractor to go back refill the unit with gas and take a video of his gas detector going off because of the gas leak.

I then contact Ferguson again and spoke to them about the warranty. They said they would get back to me. No one called back. I called again and they told me they no longer handle Daikin and cant help me. At this point 6 weeks have gone buy, I have paid my HVAC contractor for two service calls, and thier recommended person for another service call.

They were fast to sell me the equipment for 12k and now wont stand behind it.

I wouldnt use Ferguson Supply if you want reliable service and additionally I would suggest that you avoid Daikin Products.

Lou was extremely helpful with helping me to replace my main water shut-off valve. He offered multiple solutions and clearly explained and also demonstrated how the task needed to be done. I will no longer shop at the big-box stores for my plumbing needs. The knowledge, selection, and pricing are far better than anything you will find in the big-box stores. I can't recommend this place enough.
