My 88 year old mother bought what she thought would be a lovely Japanese maple tree. She paid Gullos to also deliver it and paid to have it planted (by another person). The tree never thrived. It had a problem with the leaves and the branches at the top stopped growing leaves and became bald sticks. We went back to Gullos a few months after purchase and were told to be patient. To give the tree a season - we took the other steps they suggested. No improvement. We went back and were told to clip the top off. We did. No improvement. We went
tback to Gullos yet again - my mom at age 89 now…. We were told they would discuss what to do among the owners and would get back to us. We never heard back and they do not return my mother’s calls. She paid around $500 for the struggling tree and. $75 for delivery. She asked for HALF the value of what she paid in the form of a gift card at Gullos but they choose to do nothing at all. So disappointing. She now has to pay to have the dying tree removed from her yard. So unpleasant- all of it!

Gullo's exceeded my expectations to say the least! I've always known their work and craftsmanship to be a high caliber, and this was no exception. My landscaping project spanned the period of a year from initial consultation to actual installation (due to unforeseen circumstances on my end). During that time, Seth was not only incredibly helpful and thoughtful about my project but patient and reassuring as well. The team performing the work was professional, friendly, and extremely contentious of my property. And the landscaping is so beautiful, I've had multiple neighbors stop to comment :)

Seth designed a perfect landscape around our pool without blocking our view to the lower wooded yard and creek, and an area with a steep slope. The design completely enhances the surroundings. The Gullo's crew came in and did a wonderful job making the designs come to life. All the workers were very professional and efficient. The entire process stayed within our budget and there were no additional surprises. Highly recommend the Gullo's team.

I love Gullos! Prices might be steep but the quality is superb. Staff seem happy to be at their job. Usually can find a helpful person while I’m looking around for something unique. I’ve bought a number of Christmas presents there. And SO many perennials. The space is organized and very clean, and massive!

I purchased sod For my front yard excellent it was deliberate on time. I definitely would buy more from this company.

Been here several times. This time for a Christmas tree, nice selection of trees, from small to huge. Service was amazing, from a fresh cut, to bailing to putting it in the truck. Highly recommend, if you're looking for a fresh tree this Christmas. Prices very but for service and convenience, you would be hard pressed to find better.

Planted a bed of arborvitaes along my fence. Listened to my requests and did a great job! Cleaned up when they were done as if they were never there. Check out the straight line on the bed. Came back this August 2023 and planted another row on back fence. Great job!

Had excellent experience with Seth and entire Gullos crew. From design to implementation, the process was easy and well thought out. They worked around our schedule and did a great job and cleaned up work area wonderfully. The finished area looks great!! Seth was great to work with and will definitely use him and them again in the future for other projects. .

I have gone to Gullo's for 20 years and have landscaped 5+ acres with their beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers! They aren't a 5 star operation, they are a 10 star magnificent garden center. A family-run, friendly, accommodating and helpful group of people will do anything they can to make gardening fun for you. Once you go there, you won't go anywhere else! They are amazing. I questioned Tony at every turn and he was always the professional in answering my questions .
I’ve gone to Gullo’s for years for all my gardening needs and they never disappoint .

Had a great landscaping experience with Seth Simms and the team from Gullos. Seth was professional, knowledgeable and addressed our concerns. He gave us a variety of options to meet our landscaping needs and met us both at our home for plan development and at Gullos to review plant options. Installation went smoothly and the team on site did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Gullos for quality, professionalism and value.

I had landscaping done by Gullo’s in late October 2025. Seth made an appointment with me to do an estimate and design for the back and side of my house. He was prompt and asked questions regarding what I might like. He created a design that was exactly what I had in mind! He showed and explained the computer generated design. His knowledge and expertise in choosing plant material was impressive. Seth talked about the importance of bed preparation. In the design, he considered wind,sun and grading of the landscape beds for drainage directed away from the foundation of my house.He showed me pictures of the plants and invited me to meet him at Gullo’s to see the plants. When I could not do that, he sent pictures via text of the plants he had set aside for my design. The day of installation couldn’t have gone smoother. Seth and the crew arrived on time and did the work professionally. I could not be happier with the way the landscaping turned out. We recently had Gullo’s come out to enhance our backyard landscaping. Seth was very knowledgeable on what plants we needed to help with some standing water. He also assisted with updating our current landscaping. The crews we had were professional and friendly. They cleaned up when they were done and made sure the gates were closed so the dogs didn’t get out. Seth and his crew are very reliable and we thank him for his guidance.

Gullo's was the final piece in pulling our new home addition together. We had a deck added to our house last fall and needed some new landscaping put in. Gullo's came out to our house in the late winter to access the space. Our project manager was very thorough during the process. He drew up a digital plan and showed us different options varying in price and look. Once we were happy with a design, they put us into the schedule a few weeks later when the weather got warmer. A large crew of landscapers did the entire job in one day. They were very polite. We're very happy with the process, and the final results. I would recommend Gullo's to my family and friends.

Seth from Gullo's was great to work with in planning our landscaping for our backyard. He was very professional and had a good eye for the design. The job was completed efficiently and it looks great! It really spruced up our fence line! A great experience overall and we highly recommend.

Lived in the Northtowns for many years and my go -to nursery was Russell’s Tree and Shrub Farm. Loved the quality and quantity of their items. When I moved to the Southtowns, I tried a few garden centers and it was ok, until I noticed many people used Gullo’s. Their landscaping always stood out and was the type of quality of work I was looking for. I needed to replace dying junipers, and wanted more of a maintenance free yard with less trimming, now that I’m getting older. Tony came out quickly and listened to my needs. I replaced 14 bushes. The bushes looked healthy and a good size, but a few looked like they were already dormant, but Gullo’s immediately understood and switched out a few, to make sure this customer is happy. At the last minute I decided I wanted a small island around a tree, and they also accommodated my request. Not only are we thrilled with the results, so do our neighbors. They all stop and tell us our yard is the most beautiful on the street. 5 ⭐️. Thank you

What a lovely experience. We talked around inside/outside looking for our perfect tree. It wasn't hard to find many we loved. They are hanging so your able to see all the way around the tree. After our selection they cut a fresh cut, wrapped it and secured it to our car. While they were doing that we enjoyed hot cocoa and fresh popcorn. It was a bit more expensive than what we were used to but well worth the comfort of not walking in mud or snow. No messy car. I will be back next year. I highly recommend checking out Gullo's!

We used their website feature to request a call to set up an appointment. Tony Gullo came over to take a look and presented us with a quote and design/images that he was able to create, print, and hand to us on the spot. We provided feedback and he worked with us to create a design that would work well with our concerns. Within a few weeks his team came over and spent about 6 hours working very hard to create the exact design we had agreed on. Everything with Gullo’s was excellent including the communication, technology, expectations, and outcome. His team was respectful and helpful while on location, including removing and saving a plant we wanted to move to the backyard, having us take a look at the layout of plants before they put them in the ground, and clean up when they were done. They were also very thorough with aftercare instructions and answering questions. I appreciated how easy and stress free the entire process was and would recommend them to everyone.

Gullo’s landscape architect, Seth Sim did an excellent job! Seth planned, designed, and oversaw the creation of a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscape. Seth understood how to blend artistic design with scientific knowledge of nature and plants (he advised us on what the deer would and would not likely eat). We wanted a low maintenance and easy to care for garden. Seth listened to our overall view and provided the perfect landscape. After receiving four landscaping estimates, we chose Gullo’s and we are so glad we did. Seth worked with us on the scheduling due to our scheduling new siding on the house first (see photos: old siding was the light green siding w/white shutters, red brick wall and huge bushes; new siding is the moss green siding w/no shutters, gray low wall and smaller plantings). Also, we received a plant warranty and landscape care instructions. We highly recommend Gullo’s Professional Landscaping! Thank you Gullo’s!
