Contacted Leaf filter, Buffalo Office to remove leaf filter from the gutters as we were having the roof redone. The Technician
stowed up within a day to remove the leaf filters,, very prompt service. We contacted them again after the roof was redone and the technician, Jose Davila, just did an outstanding job reinstalling the leaf filters. The price to remove and reinstall the leaf filters was very reasonable.

We've had leaf filter for 7 years and needed some repairs. We had a metal roof installed after the leaf filter installation and we needed new hangers on the gutters. Angel and Jose got here at 9:30 a.m. and were working constantly without even taking a break! They removed the entire gutter(59 ft.) and re-did the whole thing. They finished at 4p.m. just before it started to rain. They were awesome!

We hired LeafFilter to install brand new gutters and filters. The install process was done very messy by the workers. Multiple corners of the newly installed gutters started leaking just 3 weeks after the install. I tried to speak with customer service multiple times about getting it fixed and they wanted to charge a service fee. I was constantly told different information by the corporate office vs the local office. I spoke with Jeremy a handful of times, who is the regional manager, and he was one of the most unprofessional employees in a leadership position I've ever dealt with as a customer or employee. This company has no desire to stand behind their product and ensure it is installed properly and is high quality.

I am very displeased with my service from this company. The gutters at one corner are not functional and flood the back patio when it rains even a light amount. After several times trying to fix this, all they accomplished was adding epoxy to the corner. The gutters still are not functional and we will have to seek help from another company to fix this issue..I would recommend going with another company even if they offer you all these great discounts. They don't matter if the product doesn't work.

We met with leaf filter at the Buffalo Home Show and wanted to proceed with having them installed on the house. After having someone come out to the house and give us a quote, it was a little more expensive than we were prepared for, so we politely turned them down. A few days later, we got a call from the salesman who we had brought out to the house, we were told by the salesman that they had a job nearby that got canceled and so if we purchased now they could use those materials that are already ready to go, and they would give us a hefty discount, because they’d rather do the job than be out the money on the materials. After hearing this pitch and the new price (about 65% off from the first quote) we agreed - thinking it was a great deal and awesome timing that the job nearby happened to cancel and we could reap the rewards. The day was set for install, hours went by in the morning we never heard from them. In the afternoon, our ring camera captured a worker pulling up, looking at the house, then getting in their truck and leaving and never coming back. We came home that evening confused why the work never got done. The next day, we called them to ask what’s going on (they never even called us) and they said that they went up on the roof and discovered our roof had severe damage and because of this, they wouldn’t be able to do the install so they were canceling on us. (We did receive a full refund). We were surprised but said okay and we understood. Panicked about this news that we had a damaged roof, we had two roofers come out to the house to look at it and they both told us that our roof was fine, no damage. After hearing the story, both suspected that the project lead saw the size of our house (it’s a big house) and was disgruntled by the amazing discounted price the salesman gave us, and likely chewed him out for giving us such a great deal because they would end up losing money on it. Either way, I wish they would have been honest, not told us we had a damaged roof when we didn’t, and had some better communication.

Within 72 hours of my contracting LeafFilter they were at work on my gutter replacement.

Workers did a great job removing damaged gutters and installing new ones and removed all the old gutters.

The gutter guards haven't been in use long enough for an assessment. Mike and his crew did a good and fast job. One complaint is i found too many screws and other debris on the ground. Potential for flat tires or choking hazard for my dogs. The sales rep is a smooth talker but he is knowledgeable. Don't buy the line of bull that he can give you a better deal if you committ on the spot. He'll tell you he has to send back excess of what he needs for your job the next day to his supplier. But, if you say ok on the spot, he can save you more money. I really don't believe that. No materials, so no job, so no money for him and Leaf Filter. Really? You have a warehouse but don't keep your product on hand for upcoming jobs? Ok. It's a few days later. I am changing my review to 2 stars. Just picked up more debris from around the house. This is the second time I've cleaned up after the install. Not sure why they had to replace all the hangers on a year old gutter system but these are from that system. They don't belong on my lawn at any point! I also had to get an empty box off my roof from their materials. The install crew were very nice people but sure need to be more careful! The last thing I want is to have one of my dogs swallow garbage or replace a $250.00 tire from one of my vehicles. Think twice before you use this product!

Very nice gutter system but telling customers they do not clog and there is never going to be a need to clean them is an outright lie! The debris DOES NOT just wash off like they say it will. I have had to get on a ladder to clean away all the little helicopters that have collected on top. Does NOT perform as advertised and for what zi paid for this system I am not too thrilled that I STILL have to get up on a ladder to clean them, this is the reason I purchased the system in the 1st place, so I no longer had to be climbing a ladder again at my age.

filter is not worth it!! The kid that came to install was too afraid to go on one part of my roof, the part with the most trees near it. If you work for a roof company you should probably not be afraid to go on roofs. Then pieces of the mesh came off and is in my yard and they said in the contract I signed 5 years ago, they charge for someone to come out and inspect it. $98!! No thanks!! I got ripped off to begin with I feel because their price went from something ridiculous to less after I said I wasn't interested. I should have went with my gut. They gave me the money back for the part they couldn't install but now I have to go on a ladder at 55 years old and clean the gutters myself. Don't buy!!
Customer service is horrible and they don't do anything to help dissatisfied customers.

Absolute scam, terrible customer service and did not complete their work. Having to fight with them to be reimbursed for work not done and property damage. Local office doesn’t respond and two weeks in a row trying to deal with head office.

Two different service calls. They made the problem so much worse. I now have leaks on both sides of the house and now from the outlets and all of the elbows.

Mark Connolly explained all aspects regarding leaf filter, he is most knowledgeable and I am installing the total gutter system.
