We hired ServPro to remove a mattress and box spring after the death of my brother in law. This was a heartbreaking loss, and we relied on them to handle the removal of a mattress with biohazardous material. Instead of handling this as professionals, they absolutely created more stress for our family. They did not box the mattress as they should have. They left it on the sidewalk in nearly 90-degree heat. Several neighbors complained about the smell from the mattress ServPro just left by the garage. One neighbor was disturbed not only by the smell but the sight. Several neighbors called ServPro and complained, including to national headquarters. We also called to ask when removal would be. We were told the technicians would come out to take the mattress/box apart and put into bio hazardous boxes and another company will pick up the next day. My question is why wasn’t this done in the first place. If this was done, it would have saved us from the neighbors complaining about the stench. We paid over $2,000 for them to simply carry it out and create more problems during a very hard time.

I cannot say enough how great Serv Pro was for the services I utilized. I was in need of an entire room to be remediated after something tragic happened. They were 100% responsive, timely - between the office staff and the professionals that came out. There was nothing about that experience that gave me an issue and I highly recommend these folks.

I am amazed at the levels of professionalism, graciousness, respect from all the Servepro workers in this very difficult, complicated time. Everyone, starting with the office, has been communicating clearly, so easing the anxiety over the mess in my home.

Crews from Servepro of the Southtowns were amazing. The water remediation crew came in, assessed the situation quickly, immediately brought the equipment needed to dry out my basement, removed damaged carpet pad and other ruined items. After they removed what was necessary, they left equipment to continue drying out the basement. Once they completed their job I was given a quote for restoration and repair. When their crew came in they immediately went to work repairing wood moulding and drywall, painting and within a couple days my basement was as good as new. All through the process both crews kept me, as well as my insurance carrier informed. It was as painless an experience as could be expected when a homeowner finds a lot of water in the basement.

ServPro took immediate action to get our apartment flipped after a fire happened just outside & created smoke damage inside. They stayed in close contact with me & provided detailed updates of what to expect. I highly recommend this crew for disaster cleanup and their reconstruction team.

Due to some heavy rains my basement flooded. I called ServPro and I could not be happier with the service I was given. When I called the office they were very helpful. Nichole, who answered the phone, was outstanding! She led me through what to do until their techs could come and give an estimate on the damage. She informed me of everything that they would be doing as well. When the man came for the estimate he was very professional and took his time to expertly examine the damage and explained how they would be alleviating the problem. Within the next couple of days the techs came and did an outstanding job! Overall this turned out to be the best experience I have ever had with a company. From the first phone call to the execution of the job, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I would suggest ServPro to any family or friends! Thank you for wondeful service ServPro!! Servpro assisted us with an extensive clean up following oil furnace smoke infiltration and damage within our home. The service was courteous, attentive to detail, and the communication between the company, especially the owner, insurance provider, work team with my husband and I was wonderful. After dealing with a flooded basement and a new sewage line replacement, we needed professional help to clean up our basement. SERVPRO responded quickly to our request, worked with our timeline (and were flexible in case the plumbing repair went late) and helped us navigate the insurance process. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were kind and explained everything to us. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job coming out and helping us clean up and replace a door that was damaged from a small house fire. They worked with both our insurance and us to get the estimates done. The only thing I would like to see improved is the billing. It's been about a month since the repairs have been completed and we still have not received the final bill.

From the cleaning process to the restoration process, I was kept in the know with what was to happen throughout each step. Great service. They did a beautiful job on our flooded basement. Got an appointment right away. They removed all the damaged parts, cleaned & sanitized all. The guys were friendly & efficient hard workers. Our basement hasn’t looked that good or smelled so good ever. Big job for a great price.
