Janet and I wrestled with the idea of renovating our kitchen for quite a while and visited more than a handful of designers/resellers but were wary of making a major mistake on such a daunting project. Once we met with Ryan at Today's Kitchens we knew there was only one right answer and he was it. We loved the samples in Today's Kitchens showroom but Ryan didn't let us take the easy way out. He brought a lot of ideas and styles to our attention and we are very thankful for all the time he spent with us. Our finished project is a beautiful kitchen that exceeded our expectations that Ryan designed with care and expertise. Ryan and the team were very professional, responsive and resourceful. Our project was quite challenging given it was an old kitchen in an old house. Starting from the design, he accounted in all the details including using the cabinet crown molding to cover the ventilation duct such that no space within the cabinet shall be wasted. During the project, there were plenty hidden structural/plumbing constraints that were only exposed after demo. Every such time we went to Ryan with an issue, he always responded promptly and came up with helpful suggestions/workaround to best preserve the original design. The craftmanship of the cabinets & coutertop as well as their installations were top notch. The team also generously advised us on hardwares and finishes. Our new kitchen is not only modern and elegant but also doubles the countertop and storage over the old one without even altering the square footage. Working with Ryan's team is such a great experience, highly recommended to anyone who wants to build a functional and beautiful kitchen!

Ryan Ko, principal of Today's Kitchens, was highly recommended for his transformation of three neighbors' kitchens. All are unique, as are their owners, and visually exquisite. Our four kitchens are identical in measurement, layout, and natural light; they all face and benefit from water views. Each is a gem.

The precision that Ryan brought to their projects and mine, was exacting and purposeful. Ryan's engineering degree was earned at Cornell. In addition to considering storage and movement within the space, he guided me in selecting cabinetry, quartz countertops, flooring, hardware, faucet and sink, and appliances; and advised when a better alternative was available based on design, color, and budget. Ryan visited my home early on and continuously, even after the Certificate of Occupancy was obtained. The care and personal interest he showed throughout this project were exemplary!

As a passionate baker of artisanal breads, oatmeal cookies, cakes, and challahs, it was high time to replace my 40-year-old kitchen. My new baking station, 5' by 5', is a dream come true! The first batch of 106 oatmeal raisin cookies made their debut for Thanksgiving 2025. It was a breeze to prepare, bake, and clean the kitchen. My neighbors assured me that I was in excellent hands with Ryan Ko; they were 100% correct!
