I made an appointment several weeks in advance to discuss having a ductless AC system installed, which Joe confirmed. On the day of the appointment when Joe had not shown up 20 mins after the scheduled appointment I called the main number to find out if he was running late. They said they had to check and would get back to me. When they called back they said Joe was out sick. I was then asked if I would like to reschedule which I did not. If you cant be bothered to call and advise a potential customer that you cannot make an appointment this is not a company I would want to work with.
