Worst service ever, need to wait days till tgey came

I called New York Appliance Repair to fix a problem that my range hinge problems. I was provided with excellent customer service and very competitive pricing! I did my research and the price for this place was better than the others!

The dryer wouldn’t turn on, so I called for a repair. The technician found an issue with the power switch and replaced it, restoring the dryer’s functionality.

Without a doubt that this company has the best service in the area. I'm so happy that I had the chance to hire this company for the repair of my dishwasher that was not starting because they truly performed their work with high quality. I was in a problem with my cooktop cause from two days my cooktop was not heating. I had to call New York Appliance Repair. Dennis was super responsive and was the easiest part of the whole entire process. I called him and he came day-of to repair our cooktop. I called to schedule an appointment for oven repair. Some lady answer asked if I’m scheduling an appointment and I said yes. I gave her the ZIP Code and next thing you know I got an automated message saying there is no one available in my area and I got hung up on. I called back and I spoke to the same woman and I explained her the situation and all she kept doing was asking me for my ZIP Code so I gave her the ZIP Code and then she told me herself there’s no professional in my area they are based in Hampstead and I’m literally south from Hempstead. How could they not have a technician within that distance. Very shady!

My fridge’s temperature kept going up and down, making me nervous about food safety. The repair team diagnosed the issue quickly, and now everything is stable.

We just moved and discovered that the range hood was missing the mechanism to operate the overhead lights. Tech did a deep dive for parts (these things were not at all easy to come by) and refurbished the electrical -- now it works perfectly. Added bonus, he took the fan system apart, then cleaned and rejuvenated all that as well. Couldn't be any happier -- I'd recommend these guys without hesitation

My oven kept overheating, making it impossible to bake anything. Every time I tried, the food burned. They replaced the thermostat, and now the oven holds a consistent temperature, so everything bakes perfectly.
