I did not regret my decision to call this company for carpet cleaning services. They are fast, not lousy and intelligent. The wat they handle their customers was commendable.

They exceeded my expectations.

The technician called me the morning of the appointment that he was 30-40 out. Guess what: he arrived in 35 minutes. We have an oversized room that had traffic spots, two reclining sofas, a rocker recliner and a reclining chaise, all in microfiber. Total cost was reasonable. THank you.

My experience was terrible, they came here and didn’t stay even 2 hrs, and the carpets were exactly the same. Same stains, they seemed as dirty as they were before.
I do not recommend this service at all! I felt like I paid for nothing.

We just got our carpet cleaned and they did a fantastic job! The window of service was 10-1pm, but the technician showed up earlier than that! He did a great job of cleaning up. It almost looks brand new! We are excited to move in to our new home and having H.S.P NY Carpets Cleaners cleaning take care of the floors made it that much more pleasant!!
