Reviews of local pros in Henrietta, New York

Very professional

Hard working guys

Mulch ordered and mulch delivered. Nothing else to say....

Noisy, dirty, and unfriendly. No consideration for those who live around there bussness.

Very helpful. Very professional. Reasonably priced! Great staff!

Horrible snow services. Lowball price and lowball service. You get what you pay for. Two thumbs down

Absolutely fantastic and caring service with amazingly creative and artistic ideas. Definitely recommend!

free pallets/free pavers..have sum great workers..as for a business there's less to be desired.

Pretty good service and good quality mulch.

We have been going to cut down our X-Mas tree every year at their tree farm on E. Hen. Rd. since it opened three years ago . A 6" tree cost us $32 last year . This year they wanted $75 !!!! Needless to say we went elsewhere !

Sarah is too concerned with her personal life, than the success of the business. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, and shop around.

Hosmer's snowplow did extensive damage to our development's roads, as well as, running into half our residents garage doors. Their work was careless and expensive. After admitting their faults, they refused to pay for any of it. We now have better service from a different contractor and for half the price. We will never consider or recommend Hosmer again.

Bought mulch here and was grateful for their friendly and fast same-day service!
Also, I prefer a mulch that gives a more natural look, less woody and will break down more quickly into the soil to add nutrients.. hard to find. Their Virgina Brown mulch was exactly what I was looking for.

Christmas Trees are excellent quality (healthy with few dry needles, nicely shaped) and a large variety of sizes and tree types available. You can cut your own, which was fun (or choose from pre-cut trees). The guys will bundle and put it in/on your car for you! Very convenient. Wreaths are nice, also.

Price for a face cord is insane between 60 to 75 in Orleans don't get ripped off by this guy

Only care about themselves terrible management and if they can screw you over they will

Cut me off then got mad at me for not letting him in when he wasn't using a signal.

Customer service is Top Notch. A truly respectable company. Thank you for your prompt response and impeccable resolution.

If I could give them negative stars I would I live near big oak golf course and what they did to the trees looks like a chainsaw tornado went through there it is so ugly I would rather have them cut down the whole tree and I am speaking for most of not all the people that live near big oak

Great company did a wonderful job
They left a note on door about services that were going to be performed I called to inquire
John came to my home and went through the whole job
They completed all work yesterday
Everything looks awesome
Highly recommend and John is above and beyond thank you!

Parked on my private property for hours just sitting in the truck after completing a state job, just milking the clock for a big job.
