Steve was both a gentleman and a pleasure to work with to clean the 5-year old carpeting in our home that was long overdue. He explained the entire process in advance of his visit, and was able to work around my schedule to recently visit our home and make our carpet look new again. He was also very fair in pricing based on having had our home carpeting cleaned in the past by an alternate service. You never realize how good a carpet cleaning treatment can make it look until you see the results. I will be using Steve again based on his professional and courteous services at a fair price.

The whole process of working with 7th heaven furniture and carpet cleaning was wonderful from start to finish. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Steve was reliable and responsive prior to the appointment and thorough in his assessment of our needs. He was clear about the process prior to beginning and took great care to not only work on the couch, the service he was providing, but to protect the surrounding environment. He was approachable, pleasant and communicative during the process while remaining professional. We have a dog who has frequent accidents on our couch and his cleaning service made our couch look and smell brand new. We have tried other companies before and never had such great results. I highly recommend!

I was very very pleased with the quality of the work that Steve performed on my couch. It was badly stained and I was resigned to have it cleaned and then slipcovered, however it came out so refreshed and new looking and smelling that the slip covers are not necessary!
Steve worked professionally and tirelessly until every stain was out and his price was 75% less than other professional upholstery cleaners I had called.

I found Steve on the internet and took a chance based on his stellar reviews and boy am I glad I did ! He did a phenomenal job of cleaning 3 white peices of furniture that took 2 years of abuse from kids and dog. I couldn't stand looking at them and thought I would have to toss them. Steve was able to restore them to almost brand new condition. He was also very responsive , punctional and neat. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
