Big scam. Don’t trust this company they’re scamming people. They will send Guys to your house to rob you. They. Will make believe that they fixed your appliances. Someone came to my house. I paid $400. For my washer machine. I trusted He never fix anything. I called several times. The phone was disconnected.

Primero me dijeron que aceptaban pagos con tarjeta que podía pagar de cualquier manera cuando llegaron a la casa solamente me dijeron que aceptaban Cash dinero en efectivo me hicieron creer que arreglaron la máquina lo cual nunca sucedió me robaron $400 nunca volvieron a aparecer he tratado de comunicarme con los números de teléfono están desconectados nadie conoce y cuando trato de llamar al mismo número me pasan de una máquina a otra máquina otra máquina y nadie se hace cargo por favor esta compañía repórtenla porque nadie sabe ni de dónde son ni quiénes son en esa persona y es peligroso que entren a las casas porque así como mandan personas desconocidas podrían incluso mandar Quién sabe qué persona a las casas de nosotros

Charged 150.00 for a part that lists for 20.00 online for a set . $470.00 to replace a stabilizer cup .

Awful. Had an issue with my oven, error code was clear - they came for service call took forever to communicate back and forth and quoted me over $300 more than another reputable appliance company to fix

The repairman was very courteous and pleasant. John told and showed me what was wrong and gave me the estimate. He fixed my stove within minutes. Very happy with the service.

Charged $125 for a 15 minute service call and wanted over $400 to replace a $60 part that GE sent me for free. Told me to buy a new microwave. All the technician really wanted was the overpriced service fee.

The guy came to the house didn’t even check the machine he just asked what the problem was like if we are the experts and fixed what we thought was the issue. He charged for every little thing separately and didn’t even run the machine afterwards to see if was completely working. We’re still having issues with the washing machine. Paid over $300 for less than 20 min service

John came right on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed the ice maker in about 1/2 hour. I would definitely use him again. He's polite and courteous.

I just wish that I can give them 10 stars...I still cannot believe how great, professional and friendly Jason and his partner are. They told me step by step what they were doing. They came to my house they fixed my washing machine in less than an hour. They are clean and super professional.....I highly recommend them.
