I can't say enough great things about this company. From scheduling appt time to getting the estimate (Kaitlyn & Edison) to the outstanding work done by Kevin and Justin. They arrived on time and left everything clean. I would like to especially give a shout out to Kevin. He went above and beyond to repair the little things around the house, making the house safer and more convenient for me. Thank you Kevin and Justin! Also, BQ Electric gave us the lowest estimate for the most services after getting estimates from 2 other companies. We had our system upgraded to a 200 amp service, installed a new attic fan and requested a dedicated line for our new AC. Great company and staff. I highly recommend them! A+++

This company definitely deserve the 5 star rating. The quote process was fast and easy for a EVSE. The customer service was awesome; especially Leah! Every time I called for something she picked up and was always pleasant and helpful.
The installers were clean and fast. Their after install support was awesome too.
I had issues with my inspection certificate and issues with my install for my EVSE but BQ came through and resolved my issues. They addressed the issues quickly and didn't try to ghost me after I paid them!
Forgot to add that their dispatching software is great too. When the electrician is scheduled to arrive at your house you get notifed with their name, picture, and GPS location. No need to guess when they'll arrive. You can see it happening!

*** Update 4/30 ***
I had to have BQ Electric come and replace my Chargepoint EVSE because my old one had a hardware wifi issue. I also had them come and do an tune up on my electrical panel. I had mixed match circuit breakers, old circuit breakers, and copper all jumbled up making it look like a box of spaghetti.The work took about 5-6 hours, but was done well. Do not hesitate to hire these electricians! Shout out to Joe, Charlton, and his partner whose name I forgot. Apologies!

BQ Electric is truly a five star company. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and very informative. It’s rare to find a company that’s this easy to work with and genuinely cares about the customer experience. We changed our minds about the scope of the work to be done and the technician was totally understanding and accommodating with no pressure just professionalism. I highly recommend them!
