I have gone through a few cleaning services trying to find a place that cleaned to my wife’s standards (who knew light switches needed to be cleaned). Sweep dreams cleaning service knocked it out the park. They were on time, asked questions and did an amazing job. We now use them on a recurring basis. One of the best out here in Long Island.

I ordered a deep clean for a 6-room house, one room of which was completely empty. They sent only one person, a woman who was friendly and professional, but she hadn't been informed I paid extra to have the windows done. She worked very hard and did a good job with what she did do, and the house smelled great when she was done, but I wasn't aware there were things that wouldn't be done. (For example, the top of the dresser was dusted but not the items ON the dresser, which I found strange.) That may have been my fault in not understanding as this was my first time hiring outside help to clean. I did have to point some things out when she asked, including the windowsills. All in all she did a thorough job, but I spent over $70 per hour for it, more than I make with a Masters degree and quite expensive in my book. I took one star off because of the exorbitant price.

Sweep Dreams cleaned my home after a remodel. The team of Michael and Nena were amazing and thorough and went the extra mile as they saw I had a new born in the home! My windows, bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling! 10/10 recommend Sweep Dreams and this team.

Sweep dreams did an incredible job deep cleaning my apartment. The cleanest it has ever looked! And I loved the small touches like the beautifully folded towels and little paper bow on the paper towels! They were also very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them!

I am so glad that I found this company. My fiancé and I had just bought a house yesterday and they were able to come and do a deep clean the same day that I called. The previous owners have left the house filthy with stains in the oven and refrigerator and thick coats of dust on the blinds, fans and windowsills. The amount of dog hair in this house was absolutely disgusting. I thought we would never get rid of it. These ladies were super detail oriented and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them more often in the future.

I would not recommend this company. Had a “deep clean” completed at my house and the crew they sent did not
clean up to my pretty standard expectations. When you spend over 400 dollars for a cleaning service you shouldn’t have to spend hours cleaning the areas they were supposed to. There was dust all over my moldings, my glass shower doors never looked worse, left residue all over my kitchen cabinets, pancake batter on the floor they “vacuumed and mopped”, dirt in most of the corners, 5 foot long cobweb from chandelier to ceiling (chandelier is hung from a standard 8 foot ceiling so deff reachable). I will be trying a new cleaning service in the coming weeks. Maybe it was just the crew they sent out and maybe I wasn’t on top of them enough but shouldn’t have to be.

Margie’s clean team was assigned and were great. Margie herself was just wonderful and thoughtful and even cleaned the grease on the light fixtures in my kitchen and while she was up there cleaned up the ceiling as well. I would definitely have her back. I can’t give five stars because the cost is just too high for a basic clean for most people to afford on a regular basis. However, when you’re in a pinch, it works well. Jessie, was very thorough during the intake process and provided really good people. I would use them when I have a special event, but not for week-to-week cleaning, unless they come back to me with a reasonable offer.

Great cleaning service our first time having a cleaning service and they did a fantastic job, on time, and really deep cleaned everything. I look forward to continuing our service with them every other week. My home feels like it did the first day we moved in. Every nook and cranny cleaned. They were extremely nice and very responsive to anything I asked about. It is a huge help for us as we just don’t have time to deep clean and with kids and life this has been a game changer for us. Well worth the money!

I used sweep dreams for move in cleaning service because moving into my new apartment was…well,a lot. The previous tenant was super messy and my stove and bathroom were pretty disgusting. I can’t even tell you how BRAND NEW it looked after the cleaner left. I’m so happy with the job they did. with this type of deep cleaning and service I’ll be using them regularly.

I was very pleased right from the beginning. I contacted them about cleaning my home, the owner came and gave me an estimate and we had them begin the following week. They sent a crew of 2 girls, did a great job and looking forward to having them back again this week!

From arranging the house cleaning date to the house cleaning itself, everyone at Molly Maid of Central Nassau was super friendly, helpful, and hard-working. The house cleaners arrived right on time, and after I gave them a quick tour of the house and went over what I wanted them to do, they (Soraya and Ana) immediately went to work. And work they did...very hard workers indeed! I was so pleased and impressed with Soraya's and Ana's professionalism, cooperative attitude, respectfulness, and outstanding work ethic. The job they did for 5 hours straight was thorough and excellent. From the baseboards to the windows to the oven to the floors, and on and on, the entire house looks great! I am a Realtor who needed a vacant property cleaned prior to listing the home for sale. Molly Maid sent a team of Jeannette, Glenda and Nathaly. BIG shout out to these ladies - they did a FANTASTIC job! The house was very dirty to start, and it sparkled then they were done! They were super efficient, and Molly Maid was responsive and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team and this company!

I contacted Molly Maid earlier this month to set up an appointment for a Move In Cleaning Consultation. Bob was very accommodating to make an immediate appointment for me. I was impressed by his presentation and all Molly Maid offered. On the day of my appointment, two ladies came, exactly on time and were very pleasant. When I came back to my home to inspect, they did clean but it wasn't 100% to my satisfaction. I called Bob and explained why I wasn't happy and he arranged for the same ladies to come back with him the very next day to go over what I needed to have done. Another appointment was made and the day of the next cleaning, this time they far exceeded my expectations. My home was immaculate and smelled so fresh and clean. Bob kept his word that if a customer isn't 100% satisfied, the home is re-cleaned at no extra cost. Although I will be cleaning my home going forward, I will be calling Molly Maid if I should decide to use a Cleaning Service again. I'm rating 4 Stars only because they had to come back a second time. Highly recommend!

Lupe and Cindy just left my house and were absolutely fantastic! This was my initial cleaning and everything looks and smells amazing! Plus they were both super sweet. Can't wait to have them back in a few weeks!
