Management was super courteous and understanding in my needs. Staff came to clean when I needed them. They did a very nice job. I don’t remember seeing my mothers house this clean in a long time.

Long story short, I made arrangements over the phone for 2 maids @65 per person per hour with a $780 cap to clean my client's house. I was not at the property when the cleaning service showed up, but I received a call at 1pm stating that the $780 was exhausted after 4 hours. To my surprise, I learned they sent 3 maids instead of 2 which shorten the cleaning time by 2 hours and now they need more money ($292) to finish cleaning the house. Very disappointed in the poor communication and I really didn't appreciate this strong arm tactic.

My grandmother had cleaned less and less over the years and I couldn’t believe what these women managed to accomplish with a long built up residue of living. My kids ran through the house like we’ve arrived at a carnival. Big difference!

I use them once a month for a deep clean of my home. the first set of girls they had coming to do it weren't putting any effort into cleaning and I felt like I was paying for nothing so I complained about it and they resolved the issue and sent a different team if women who understood what a deep clean meant and I'm completely happy with the job they are doing and I'd recommend them to all my friends and family!

Exceptional in every aspect. My apt.and my mom's not touched in over a year due to covid. My mom with dementia was able to tell me how nice the ladies were and how hard they worked! Easy to organize on phone, showed up on time, and did a spectacular job in getting everything clean. My place with my cat was in dire need of cleaning. I would give more stars if I could.
