Impressed from start to finish. Joe and his team were prompt, professional, and handled our tree removal quickly and safely. Their communication was excellent and the cleanup was thorough. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend S.H. Tree Service!

SH Tree services showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job grinding 3 stumps and back filling with dirt. The whole area was cleaned up and is ready for grass seed next year. Joe and his partner did an excellent job, I wouldn’t hesitate hiring them again. Thank you for the excellent job done

Joe worked to remove a stand of bamboo in our yard and trimmed a redbud for us. The bamboo was behind that tree. If you know anything about bamboo, you know how difficult that is. Joe worked for 2 days to do this job, using machinery and hacking at the bamboo remnants with an ax. It's gone and covered with topsoil. The tree looks great too. Joe is a hardworking guy and his fee is reasonable. I've already recommended him to a friend!

Removed a very large willow tree that came down in a windstorm.
I called Joe and he said he would come right over and check it out which he did gave me a price and date.
He was there right on time and did a great job removing the tree and they cleaned up all the mess very thoroughly.

S.H. spent the last two days at our home in Pittsford. they took down two ginormous pine trees and cut back the canopy around the perimeter. They communicated well, showed up on time, their work was pristine. They protected the ground and did an amazing job cleaning up! Couldn't be happier that we chose them!

Joe Hofschneider & his team from S.H.Tree Service were wonderful. They removed a bunch of dead ash trees, some located in precarious positions. They removed stumps, did some grinding work and trimmed several of our older tall specialty trees. Joe and his team were professional as well as personable while providing us with their wealth of knowledge regarding our trees and garden. They took great care for our ground landscaping during their work and did an immaculate job cleaning up. Plus their price was very reasonable and appreciated. Top notch all around. THANKS!

I was very impressed by S.H. Tree Service.
In preparation for a new build, I had to have 14 trees removed from the lot. I, as well as the neighborhood, were amazed on how these trees were taken down, whole, with a crane. The full tree was literally walked across the yard!!
I also had him grind the stumps , and remove the chips.
Joe was very reasonable, respectful and punctual. I highly recommend him.

S.H. came out to remove a try that had fallen up against our house. They were quick, thorough, accommodating, and even went the extra mile of taking additional photos for my insurance claim. I would highly recommend them 🙂

Joe was prompt in coming to my property to give me a quote when I contacted him. He gave me a fair price on the agreed upon work and gave me an honest evaluation that additional work was not worthwhile when I inquired about other situations on the property. I appreciated that.
We agreed upon date and time to do the work and he did an excellent job of removing the trees without damage to the other elements around them. Clean up was thorough. All in all I would recommend him for future work.

I am very pleased with the work completed by Joe and his team at S.H. Tree Service. We had 9 dead ash trees taken down, 11 stumps ground, and 1 upended stump removed behind our property. They also did an excellent job with cleanup of affected area. Joe and his team are very professional and courteous, and I would definitely call upon them in the future when the need arises.

Joe from SH Tree services was great. I had him take down 13 dead ash trees and grind the stumps. He worked with me in planning the locations to leave the logs and debris from the grindings on site. His work was clean, efficient and fast. I plan on having him back next spring to trim some more trees on the property

Working with S.H Tree Service was a pleasure and very professional from the beginning quote until the end of the job. We had the biggest tree on the street, maybe in all of Hilton. The owner was on site at all times, the crew did a great work, clean up was amazing, they did exactly what was asked which was very refreshing these days. Was the best price, will be calling again in the spring.

Joe's company is awesome! I required tree take down, stump grinding, moving and cutting the wood for storage/firewood and full clean up. His price was great and I will definitely use them again!

Joe was a very good communicator. He did an excellent job cutting down some big trees on our property. He took special care not to damage anything by removing our solar lights. We will definitely be hiring him again if we need more trees removed.

I highly recommend S.H. Tree Service!! Joe and his crew took down two trees for us last week and were fantastic from start to finish. They stopped by the day before to clear some snow and prep the site, then arrived early the next morning to get ahead of the wind/ snow storm rolling in that afternoon. Their professionalism showed in every step, and they left our yard spotless.

Tree fell down on a Saturday morning at my house. I messaged Joe at S.H.Tree Service on a Sunday night at 7:56 pm with images of the Tree and he responded in 5 minutes. Came out the next day to quote Tree removal. He removed it in day. He is highly skilled, has the latest equipment, saws, pads to protect lawn, stump grinder and chipper. I highly recommend Joe
