Carlos showed up promptly, was knowledgeable about his work, and came across as gentle. Unfortunately, he didn't seem prepared for the mess he'd create in my kitchen. The floor ended up a disaster that I had to clean.

He also tripped over his own feet while working in tight spaces around the fridge, leaving doors open and rail extensions exposed. When I asked him to close one side of the door, he tried to remove a rail clip but got distracted. Plastic ball bearings spilled onto the floor and he promised to replace the rail, then dismissed it as unnecessary.

I'm still waiting for that rail to be replaced - it's been an issue since the job was done.
