When looking for lights for a home project. Spoke to Jodie and found great lights for two hall walls. They have EVERYTHING!!! If they don't have it stock, it can be ordered.

Really knowledgeable men at the front desk. This supply has almost everything that is needed for any type of electrical project. Also, the showroom is full of unique lighting fixtures and amazing chandeliers. Years in business have give them the prestige they deserve. I recomend this place.

N and S has very knowledgeable salespeople and a lot of lighting. Making the right shopping decision the 1st time is just a better way to shop for personal things. I order soda on line but I want to see touch and feel things that go in to my world, and where I live is most important.

Very unprofessional. Dealt with Katie. Called tne next day to cancel the order and she told me I would have to wait for her to speak to the lighting company to find out if there would be a restocking fee. She called a few days later to tell me I would be getting a full refund. When the refund apppeared on my credit card it was minus 25%. When I called back to question her she told me that it was a misunderstanding and that she told me many times that there may be a restocking fee. This would not have been an issue if she didnt clearly state to me that I was getting a full refund and then credit my card a different amount.

I have personally dealt with RICK for years out of the Freeport location. He’s extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of electrical construction and has made my life so much easier to date on a daily basis. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his job. I can call him at any hour of the day at the Freeport desk or on his personal # and he responds promptly with the information I need without fail.

A hidden gem for electrical supplies. I go here for my driveway lights. Nice staff extremely friendly. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport, Dix Hills, and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. No public restrooms. We will definitely be going back.

Other than the 40 minutes we waited for someone to assist us with several lighting needs , the rudeness , arrogance; and indifference was epically beyond anything I have ever experienced. The lights being shut off at 2pm while in the store. , and the beyond insulting and tasteless sales women has cemented me and all of us in Huntington bay and Lloyd harbor. Horrible service. Bad taste

Working with lighting specialist, Brenda, was a wonderful experience. She listened and understood the lighting needs in my project. Brenda was creative, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable of the various lighting companies and their products. Amazing product selection but when I walked in, not one person spoke with me, let alone looked me in the eye and smiled. Not sure if it was just an off day for them but the customer service seems subpar in the showroom. There were so many people on staff too - not what I expected at all.

They arrived on time, repaired an electrical issue we had and added a light in my backyard that I needed. Quality work and there were no surprises - the price was exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use R&R Brothers for future electrical projects.

7/23/25 had a person in an R&R truck almost run me offroad on my motorcycle. Driver pulls over I told him that I wouldn't use them even if they were free. Driver became instantly irate. Use this company at your own PERIL! Totally bad attitude and can't drive. One star is too much.

Rick, what a troubled fella. My car was parked in a legal spot and apparently he couldn’t get his truck out. How he got it in I don’t know. But he couldn’t get it out… rookie.
