Jaye and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning all the ducts in our home. As someone who suffers from mold allergies, I was especially grateful that they were able to identify and remediate the mold in the ducts. I reached out to VentRight and they were extremely professional, transparent, and thorough. The same day they sent Manny out to clean the dryer vent. After a cleaning, the vent was old and needed to be replaced. This was done with no additional cost. I was impressed with the level of pride that Manny took with his work. I would highly recommend and will reach out to them again for my next cleaning. Oh, in addition, they did not push a bunch of extra services on me which I really liked.

Jaye serviced the dryer vent in my home. He was kind and straight to the point. VentRight has great communication and is organized.

They came same day and were experts- they knew exactly what to do, cleaned out the vent and replaced the hose or pipe or whatever it’s called. Super responsive, efficient and reliable!!!

My spouse and I used VentRight for dryer vent cleaning/maintenance and replacement of our old dryer run/exhaust hose (which, thank G-d, is pretty short).

Our technician, Jaye Noel, did a spectacular job in accomplishing these tasks professionally and quickly. He answered all of our questions throughly, took the time to explain everything that he did, and did not mind my presence throughout the process (even though my spouse never appreciates me "hovering" too much over technicians, but when it comes to a fire hazard, my view is that one cannot be too careful). The materials that Jaye brought with him were also of high quality--he had strong worm clamps with him and high quality 3M metal duct tape, not just regular duct tape that a prior company used when initially installing our run--and he cleaned up every piece of lint/debris in our washroom when he finished working with the dryer. Finally, Jaye had the necessary equipment with him to perform an air flow test, which I had never seen being done on a dryer. It was reassuring to hear and then see on his instruments that our dryer is now performing optimally.

In summary, we were extraordinarily pleased with VentRight such that if Google offered a sixth star, the company would get it from us in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend VentRight. They send you a tracker to see when your technician will arrive which is super convenient. They cleaned my dryer and bathroom vent really quickly and efficiently. What I appreciated most is that they left my bathroom cleaner than it was. Will hire again!

Great service and super important to clean the dryer and vent. The service tech came and explained everything from start to finish. Tested the airflow before and after to show the improvement following the clean out. This is a yearly maintenance you must do.

They absolutely nailed it. They replaced a piece of interior dryer vent, which is not up to the code, completely free of charge. They also diagnose a vent connection problem during my exterior construction, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Very reliable and honest people would definitely recommend to anybody around.
